We have seen yet another extraordinary quarter in what would typically be regarded as a seasonally quieter period of the year. We continue to see positive price growth and elevated number of sales taking place.

To give some context, in Piara Waters there were 53 Sales in the last quarter up from 32 in the previous quarter.

Despite an increase in the number of listings going to market, the demand for property is showing no signs of easing and still seeing extremely high levels of competition amongst buyers.

With winter now behind us it will be interesting to see how our local market performs over the traditional spring selling season.

There is still a huge demand for quality family homes between the $600-$800,000 price range with home opens resulting in multiple offers and low days on market.
