On a cold cloudy Saturday, Wanderers batted first with a formidable opening partnership putting up 70 odd runs for the first wicket. Wanderers were looking pretty solid midway through the match, cruising at a steady run rate with wickets in hand. Thanks to seller bowling performance in the second half by Arpit, Hemal and Abhinav and good death bowling by Ron to restrict the opponents to 136 in a 30 overs game.
It was a walk in the park for HCC with blistering knock from Amit Singh, who scored a quick 74, supported by Neeraj who scored a quarter century, putting up 100 odd runs for the opening partnership. HCC chased the total with a little more than 7 overs to spare and 6 wickets in hand.
