Holiday ever after anthology. Eleven Christmas romance stories to get you in the spirit. These range from work romances to second chances. These are short stories.

Baby it’s cold outside by Kimberly Kincaid
Hospital romance. Sofia hates this time of year. She wants to stay focused on her doctoral studies and avoid the festive cheer. Dr Mallory rubs her the wrong way but maybe the person to warm her heart.

Planes, Trains, and head over heels by Erika Kelly
Sports romance. A favour has been called in and Dean needs to pick a princess up from the airport. Now he finds himself looking after the beauty.

That snowy night by J.H. Croix
A second chance encounter with a childhood crush. Delilah is in need of a hero and what she gets is a rescue worth writing about.

Itsy bitsy teenie weenie red bikini trouble by Amy Andrews
Childhood sweethearts. Second chance romance. Theodora is home for the holidays and even though Del wishes he could forget her the bikini she’s wearing sparks an old flame.

The Mistletoe kisser by Lucy Score
Businessman, animal lover and mistletoe mischief. Ryan is going to save Christmas under protest and we are along for the ride.

MILF on the shelf by Lili Valente
She needs a date. He’s the perfect catch. Maggie is set up with a date when she tells a small lie about having a boyfriend. Her guy turns out to be better than she could have imagined.

Must love alligators by Erin Nicolas
A glimpse into Louisiana bayou. I think this is part of the authors series. Come meet a wildlife loving family and a Christmas with a different. Chase didn’t mean to fall in love in Autre but there is something alluring about the locals.

Tempt the assistant by Natasha Madison
Office romance. Isabella hates Christmas. Her boss doesn’t know how to accept the word no. Shane and Isabella are full of sexual tension. All they need to do is figure out if they can be more than an office duo. Will she yes to his Christmas?

All I want is a kiss by Willow Winters
Nick and Olivia just need to find their time together and realise they both want more than a few stolen kisses

Professional Development by Kate Canterbary
Enemies to lovers romance. Drew and Tara are work rivals. They need to learn to work together. It may save them their jobs and more.

Kissing the Gentleman by Maria Luis
Work romance with chemistry. A cooking romance. Jean is confident with his chef expertise. This is a story of heat both inside and outside the kitchen.

4 stars out of 5. ARC in exchange for an honest review.

HOLIDAY EVER AFTER is a fantastic collection of Christmas stories. Sweet and hot, fun and flirty, there’s something for everyone! Second-chance stories, meet cutes, matchmaking, workplace romances, and more... all of them reminding us of the magic of the season, and ultimately, the magic of love.

BABY, IT'S COLD OUTSIDE by Kimberly Kincaid
Resident Sofia Vasquez is not a fan of the holidays. Ever since a drunk driver ripped her father and only remaining family from her life on the day after Christmas, she hasn't felt very celebratory. And to be honest, being surrounded by happy couples during all the festivities has felt like so much salt in the wound. Especially when it means she's stuck with Dr Mallory, who seems to bring out the worst in her. His minor teasing over her ortho expertise--or her perceived lack thereof--makes her especially prickly, since it also forces her to admit that she also struggles to hide her attraction to the all-too-appealing doctor. And she refuses to be one of THOSE students. She's there to become the best doctor Remington Medical has ever seen, the one her papi already believed her to be, NOT to find a distraction.

Attending orthopedic surgeon Emmett Mallory's gone out of his way to remain completely professional with Dr Vasquez. She's one of the smartest, most focused residents he's met, and even though his heart skips a beat every time he lays eyes on her, she doesn't seem to welcome his help as she prepares for her board exams. Until they're trapped together at the hospital during the holidays...

Baby, It's Cold Outside is a fantastic story in Kimberly Kincaid's Remington Medical series--you don't have to have read any of the previous stories to enjoy this novella, but it'll give you a great feel for the amazing crew at this teaching hospital, and have you jonesing to catch up with the other books in the series! Sofia and Emmett's story is a satisfying take on an enemies-t0-lovers, workplace romance! (1)

PLANES, TRAINS, AND HEAD OVER HEELS by Erika Kelly
Dean “Mad Max” Maddox has been tasked by his best friend and teammate to pickup a friend from the airport. He's a bit of a gruff and grump, especially around this holiday, and when the hubbub at the airport just gets worse, he's tempted to leave this undoubtedly spoiled literal princess to fend for herself.

Genevieve, aka Princess Genevieve Inez Juliana Villanueve wasn't sure what to expect of this ride from the airport, but this surly mountain of a man wasn't at the top of that list. When they're trapped by weather in closer circumstances, they have the chance to see that our outsides don't always reveal our insides, and first impressions aren't always our last, but that finding someone who truly sees us is the most incredible gift of all, any time of year.

This is one of the first times I've had the pleasure of reading Erika Kelly's work, and it won't be the last! (2)

THAT SNOWY NIGHT by J.H. Croix
Delilah Carter and Alex Blake met at summer camp in Colorado as teens. They shared some all-too-memorable kisses, and then lost touch but never faded from the other's memory. A decade later, what were the chances that a guy from Willow Brooks, Alaska, and a gal from Stolen Hearts Valley, North Carolina, would run into each other again?

Apparently they should have bought a lottery ticket ;) J.H. Croix tells us this re-meet cute using first-person chapters alternating Delilah and Alex's perspectives. Ms Croix's story charmingly reminds us that sometimes all you need to know when something is meant to be is one snowy night. (6)

ITSY BITSY TEENIE WEENIE RED BIKINI TROUBLE by Amy Andrews
Theodora Eden hightailed it out of Credence and made for the sunny shores of Florida as soon as she was able, leaving Delbert Raymond Hamish Norris the third and his ranch far behind. She's always wanted more than this little town in Colorado seemed to offer, and her carefully cultivated social media posts reflect some version of this beautiful life of her dreams.

Del's never forgotten Teddy, and when he stumbles across her in an eye-popping red bikini taking winter lake selfies, he can't not come to her rescue. And maybe she's never quite forgotten Del either. And just maybe this might be exactly the right time for old friends to renew a still-red-hot connection.

Amy Andrews's story is a warm and enjoyable second-chance story, and I wouldn't at all mind catching up with Credence, Colorado, in her related titles. (7)

THE MISTLETOE KISSER by Lucy Score
Ryan Sosa's lured to Blue Moon by his mother's insistence that he help his great uncle with a family emergency. One possible injured sheep and a lot full of Christmas trees requiring his salesmanship are almost enough to distract him from his recent disasters in his professional life, and the charming vet's claim that he was her first Winter Solstice kiss almost a decade ago is definitely distraction for his personal life.

Sammy Ames loves her work with the larger animals of Blue Moon. She's trying not to get down over the fact that nearly all her friends are in darling two-somes but she's trying to embrace the single life. When fate (or perhaps extremely meddlesome friends and townspeople) bring her to recreate that first kiss with the Mistletoe Kisser, maybe that's the best Christmas gift of all.

Lucy Score's cast of warm and wacky characters make this an entertaining read! (8)

MILF ON THE SHELF by Lili Valente
Maggie Peterson's happy being a single mom with a house-flipping business. She's good at her job, and her now sixteen-year-old daughter is (mostly) a dream. She just needs a date to the fundraising event of the season because she accidentally told her spiteful co-chair that she'd be bringing her (non-existent) boyfriend.

Cue the fairy godmother, AKA her good friend Penny, owner of Magnificent Bastard Consulting, who provides perfect candidates for hire-a-fake-boyfriend. One Zachary Cooper, hired.

Lili Valente's story of a fake-relationship becoming oh-so-real is a fun holiday read. Written in alternating first-person, we get to peek inside both Maggie and Coop's perspectives for this one night that makes the future bright ;) (9)

MUST LOVE ALLIGATORS by Erin Nicholas
Must Love Alligators by Erin Nicholas is a not-to-be missed trip to Autre in the Louisiana bayou. Fans of the Boys of the Bayou series have the chance to catch up with Ellie and Leo and the gang, while new readers get to dip their toes in the warm and welcoming bayou waters, which yes, do contain alligators among other delights!

Chase Dawson and Bailey Wilcox met in passing in Autre. In Sweet Home Louisiana and Beauty and the Bayou, Chase's sister Juliet hauls Chase to Autre to atone for the damage he wreaked on an ill-advised air boat incident. The Landrys being the "crazy, loud, over-the-top" family they are, immediately adopt fish-out-of-water Chase--yacht and all--and though he heads back to med school, his heart's in Autre. In more ways than one. Though he's thousands of miles away, he can't get Bailey out of his mind.

Bailey works for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, and hey, she knows when something's fishy. When she's called out to Boys of the Bayou to follow up on a guest's concern about rabid otters, she knows perfectly well that the otters are fine. But she couldn't pass up a perfectly good opportunity to potentially catch a glimpse of Chase. As a scientist, she knows full well that her reaction to him is irrational, but for some reason, she can't stop thinking about him.

Must Love Alligators is everything you want in a holiday novella--flirty fun with family and food and other...festivities ;) Full of heart and joy and sweet heat, Erin Nicholas's story about two smart people who get a little stupid around each other is a five-star read! Short in length but not in content, characters, or charm, Must Love Alligators is a Christmas must-read! (11)

TEMPT THE ASSISTANT by Natasha Madison
Isabella has worked for Shane for five years. Unbeknownst to the other, they've long held a torch for each other this forbidden boss-employee relationship. Naturally anyone with eyes, including their co-workers, can see that these two haters of Christmas festivities are perfect for each other. The question remains how long it will be before Bella and Shane figure it out for themselves.

Natasha Madison's flirty story alternates first-person chapters from Shane and Bella's perspectives, and gives us the chance to see that a good Christmas can be life changing. (10)

ALL I WANT IS A KISS by Willow Winters
Nick and Olivia's relationship has been a string of stolen interludes, a day here, a weekend there--perfect moments in time where they can enjoy each other's company without the intrusion of the real world. It's perfect for them, until it isn't enough.

Willow Winters's All I Want Is a Kiss is told in alternating first person, giving us all the pleasure of a sweet, hot kiss. (5)

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT by Kate Canterbary
Drew Larsen and Tara Treloff are colleagues, both assistant deans at an independent lab school, where they have a great deal of freedom to introduce innovative curriculum and teaching methods to the betterment of their students. They’re both smart, sharp, deeply invested in their students and their school and community. Too bad Drew and Tara loathe each other.

Their principal decides she’s had enough of the challenges their unvarnished workplace sparring presents and registers them for some professional development, insisting they resolve their differences, or else.

Kate Canterbary’s story is an enemies/rivals to lovers in the workplace story, told in alternating first-person perspective. Tara and Drew definitely embody that adage that love is a razor's edge from hate, and it just takes a small crack in the war to reveal that was really a mask for other equally passionate feelings. (3)

KISSING THE GENTLEMAN by Maria Luis
Jean Dufrene and Georgie Harris both work for the Edgar Rose Restaurant Group. Jean's the Cajun executive chef, and Georgie's the resident historian and archivist. Maria Luis writes this New Orleans set story with humor, alternating first-person chapters from Georgie and Jean in turn.

These two are obviously gone for each other BUT have covered that up with layer upon layer of antagonistic verbal sparring. Until a mistletoe kiss changes everything...

Kissing the Gentleman is a fun read, and while it was the first I've read by Maria Luis, it won't be the last. (4)

Holiday Ever After is a collection of eleven festive season short stories, each offering something different to keep readers hooked. Within the collection there were authors I have read before – Lili Valente, Natasha Madison, Willow Winters, and Maria Luis – and those sitting on my to-read list – Kimberly Kincaid, Erika Kelley, J.H. Croix, Amy Andrews, Lucy Score, Erin Nicholas, and Kate Canterbary – meaning I got more of authors I enjoy along with an introduction to those I’ve been curious about.

The first story in the collection – Baby, It’s Cold Outside by Kimberly Kincaid – was a three-star rating. It was quick and enjoyable, but it didn’t quite wow me in the way I had hoped. I think, in part, this is because I have not read any other stories by the author. With the number of other couples we were shown, I think I would have liked this couple more if I had more of their backstory. If nothing else, it has me curious about the rest of the series.

The second story in the collection – Planes, Trains and Head Over Heels by Erika Kelley – was also a three-star rating. It was addictive, but it was a bit too instalove for me to adore it. This, however, is just personal preference. I like things to develop over more time, whereas with this one it seemed to happen instantly. Although this one was too instalove for me, I enjoyed it enough to be super curious about the other couples we got to see in the story.

The third story in the collection – That Snowy Night by J.H. Croix – was a two-star rating. I really wanted to love this one, but it didn’t quite have enough depth for me. I wanted more of the backstory between the characters, not just a single flashback and regular references. I also wanted to know more about how our leading lady grew up, as it certainly played a part in her character. Although I wasn’t crazy about this one, the potential it showed means I remain curious about the author’s other work. As this was linked to a lot of other work by the author, there is plenty of choice for me.

The fourth story in the collection – Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Red Bikini Trouble by Amy Andrews – was a four-star rating. This one pulled me right it, leaving me with a huge smile on my face. I adored the characters and their banter, leaving me more than satisfied with their story. Without a doubt, I’ll be reading more of Amy Andrews soon.

The fifth story in the collection – The Mistletoe Kisser by Lucy Score – was also a four-star rating. I didn’t enjoy it quite as much as the aforementioned four-star rating, but it was close enough for me to round up. It was adorable and had me smiling throughout. It was a bit out there, which is why it wasn’t quite a full four-star rating, but it was fun enough to have me wanting more of the series.

The sixth story in the collection – MILF on the Shelf by Lili Valente – was another four-star rating. I was uncertain about this one; however, it quickly pulled me into the story, and I could not stop smiling. There were many adorable elements to it, pulling me in deep and leaving me to finish this one in the blink of the eye.

The seventh story in the collection – Must Love Alligators by Erin Nicholas – was also a four-star rating. I quickly fell for the characters and found the story to be filled with the best kind of humour. It wasn’t over the top, it was just enough to keep me grinning throughout. Add in the fact I adored the side characters, and I’m super curious about this series.

The eighth story in the collection – Tempt the Assistant by Natasha Madison – was a two-star rating. I’ve read and adored the first two books in the Tempt series, so I was eager for this one. Unfortunately, for me, this story did not have the magic of the Tempt books. I’m usually rolling over with laughter, but such wasn’t the case with this one. It all happened very quickly, and I was never given the chance to fall in love with the characters.

The ninth story in the collection – All I Want is a Kiss by Willow Winters – was also a two-star rating. I was tempted to give this one a three-star rating, but I found I was missing too many details to fall completely in love with it. On the surface, it was a sweet little read. When I stopped to think about it, I realised there wasn’t quite enough to make this one memorable.

The tenth story in the collection – Professional Development by Kate Canterbary – was another four-star rating. Although there was a point where things dipped a bit for me with this one, it wasn’t enough to drop my rating down, as I was hooked throughout. It pulled me in from the start and I adored watching the characters come together.

The eleventh story in the collection – Kissing a Gentleman by Maria Luis – finished the anthology off with a four-star rating. In truth, this was the story I was most excited to read. I adored these characters in Love Me Tomorrow – although you do not need to read it to understand this story – and was eager to see how things played out. Their story was adorable, making this a great conclusion to the anthology.

All in all, Holiday Ever After offers plenty to readers. There is something for everyone, and if you’ve yet to read some of the authors you’ll soon find yourself wanting more.

A collection of 11 holiday-themed romances. As always it's a mixed bag some good, some great and some that really didn't rock my boat.

Full list:
Kimberly Kincaid – Baby, It's Cold Outside
Erika Kelly – Planes, Trains and Head Over Heels
J.H. Croix – That Snowy Night
Amy Andrews – Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Red Bikini Trouble
Lucy Score – The Mistletoe Kisser
Lili Valente – MILF on the Shelf
Erin Nicholas – Must Love Alligators
Natasha Madison – Tempt the Assistant
Willow Winters – All I Want is a Kiss
Kate Canterbary – Professional Development
Maria Luis – Kissing a Gentleman

My favourite was the Amy Andrews novella, my least favourites the Erin Nicholas and Maria Luis ones (but mainly because the Bayou and Cajuns are not my cup of tea).

This was a limited time availability Kindle freebie which has now disappeared from Amazon - go figure.

A fun collection of quick Christmas-themed reads from a fantastic group of authors!

At this point in time I have only read two of the stories in this anthology, but I'll be going back for more!

Tempt the Assistant by Natasha Madison – 4 stars

Bantering work colleagues combust in this quick read.

Shane and Bella have worked together for five years since he hired her as his assistant. They are a fabulous team, and have achieved great success. They are also completely in love with each other and oblivious as to how the other one feels.

Neither of them are fans of Christmas, so when the office Christmas party rolls around, they are both feeling pretty ‘bah Humbug’ about the whole thing. But alcohol and mistletoe combine to create the perfect opportunity for their secrets to come out, and they may end up having a Merry Christmas after all!

“Five years,” she mumbles as she tries to get the belt off me. “Five years, I’ve thought of you naked under me.”
“Is that so?” I stand and now pick her up, her long legs wrapping around my waist. “For the past five years, I’ve thought of fucking you on my desk.”

Witty and fast-moving, this is a fun little read.

4 stars.

Professional Development by Kate Canterbary – 4.5 stars

A delicious enemies-to-lovers romance between two work colleagues, this short story was fun with lots of chemistry.

Drew and Tara are the co-deans at an elementary school (the same school that happens to be run by Lauren from The Walshes series - book #1, Underneath It All). Their constant bickering and blatant animosity has become too much for their boss, and they are sent away to attend a seminar together with an ultimatum to get their professional relationship straightened out.

Unfortunately for me, I didn't live in a simple world. I lived in a world where I wanted my colleague so much, I plowed all the way through lust and came out the other side at resentment.

An awkward road trip, an emotional breakthrough and a blizzard later, and they find themselves coming to an unexpected, exciting and most welcome breakthrough together.

“I don't want to think about the terrible things I've said to you and the inexcusable way I've behaved. I want to pretend I'm allowed to love you and maybe, in some wild version of my life, you love me too.”

I loved this little story. It’s short and fast-moving, but Canterbary still manages to create two wonderful characters and pack in loads of chemistry, emotion and passion.

4.5 stars.

The perfect read when you're in the mood for short, fun, sweet and sexy!

Loved this set of 11 novellas.

Baby It’s Cold Outside by Kimberly Kincaid
Loved this enemies to lovers/workplace romance. Drs Emmett Mallory and Sofia Vazquez were so good together. It was fun watching them turn their “hate” into so much more.

Planes, Trains and Head Over Heels by Erika Kelly
She is a new author to me and I can’t wait to read more from her. Loved Dean and Genevieve. They were such a great couple. Loved the banter between them and watching them work their way to a relationship. Great story.

That Snowy Night by J.H. Croix
Great story. Delilah finds herself stuck in a ditch and when Alex comes to her rescue, they realize that they actually know each other. The feelings that was between them from summer camp were still there and it was nice to watch them find each other again and get their HEA.

Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weenie Red Bikini Trouble by Amy Andrews
Second chance romance between Del and Theodora. She wants to show that she is better off without her ex but sometimes it doesn’t go the way that it is planned. It was so good watching them find each other again. First book by this author and it won’t be the last.

The Mistletoe Kisser by Lucy Score
Cute story about Sammy and Ryan and the town who will do anything to help them get together even if that means that they will have to some heavy plotting. Will they succeed in getting this couple together?

MILF on the Shelf buy Lili Valente
Love this author. Maggie needs a date to the ball so she doesn’t look like she hasn’t moved on from her divorce. She is so content with her life that dating has been on the back burner of her life. Enter Coop, an escort that will her be her date for the evening. The attraction between them was so good. Will what started out as fake actually turn into something more real? Can’t wait to read more from this author.

Must Love Alligator by Erin Nicholas
Great story. Chase and Bailey were such a good couple. Loved watching them be able to finally get their HEA even though on the way to getting that, something would always happen to them to just throw a kink in their relationship.

Tempt the Assistant by Natasha Madison

A forbidden office romance because Shane is the boss and Bella is his assistant. After 5 years of fighting the attraction between each other, they decide to act on it at the company Christmas party. Good story and the first that I have read from this author.

All I Want is a Kiss by Willow Winters

Nick and Olivia always hook up when she is in town for conferences but Nick actually wants more than just casual, he wants forever. Will Olivia want the same thing? Great read

Professional Development by Kate Canterbury

Enemies to lovers’ romance about Drew and Tara. They are forced to work together at a conference and they are not too happy about that. Will they be able to find a way to actually work together without kill in each other or will this actually turn into something more than just a working relationship. Love Kate Canterbury. Great story.

Kissing the Gentleman by Maria Luis

Fun novella between Georgie and Jean. She has been attracted to Jean for a while but he never really noticed her until she knees him in the groin. How can you not notice a person when they get up and close with your most private parts? Loved the banter between them and watching their relationship grow.

With 11 different novellas in this book, you will definitely have no trouble finding 1 or 11 stories and authors that you will fall in love with.

Baby, It's Cold Outside by Kimberly Kincaid
Remington Memorial is getting ready for the holidays but Dr. Sofia Vasquez is not in the spirit, especially after she gets stuck in an elevator with the charming Dr. Emmett Mallory. Sparks fly and emotions run high in this return visit to my favorite hospital!

Must Love Alligators by Erin Nicholas
I was so excited to return to the Bayou for Christmas!! As always the Landry's are hilarious and Bailey and Chase's story is both adorable and steamy. Loved it!!

It's the holidays Blue Moon style when grumpy accountant Ryan and cheery vet Sammy find themselves inexplicably thrown together again and again. A very fun story!!

Planes, Trains and Head Over Heels by Erika Kelly
Dean is irritated when he agrees to help a friend by picking up a woman from the airport in a snowstorm. He can't help how drawn he feels to Princess Genevieve. A great story with an instant connection.

That Snowy Night by J.H. Croix
A chance encounter in a snowy Alaskan road leads to an incredible second chance for two former summer campers. Alex and Delilah never forgot each other and their chemistry is stronger than ever. A steamy second chance story!

Professional Development by Kate Canterbury

Tempt the Assistant by Natasha Madison
Isabella and Shane have been crushing on each other for five years but their working relationship prevents them from acting on it...until one Christmas party changes everything. Very fun!

Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Red Bikini Trouble by Amy Andrews
Fun, second chance romance between high school sweethearts, Teddy and Del. When Teddy returns seven years after breaking Del's heart, he is reluctant to get involved but a bikini and a snowstorm change all that.

All I Want is a Kiss by Willow Winters
Nick and Olivia have loved their clandestine meetings for the past two years but when things change, they must decide if they want to say goodbye or try for something more. Very steamy!!

Missing the Gentleman by Maria Luis
Enemies -to-Lovers hide a smoldering attraction between Jean and Georgie but one kiss under the mistletoe changes everything. Angsty work place romance. Fabulous!!

MILF on the Shelf by Lili Valente
Maggie has given up on love: she's focussed on her daughter and her house flipping business when she needs an emergency date to a charity event, she hires Coop. Neither expected a business transaction to turn into a whole lot more. Great fake dating story!

The Mistletoe Kisser (Lucy Score)- 1.5 stars. I forgot that I don't really like the whole Blue Moon series. It's just me not being into chick lit where almost everything is treated as a joke.

Kissing the Gentleman (Maria Luis)- 1 star. I didn't read the rest of the stories that this short is a part of, so please disregard my under-informed rating. It is based solely on the MCs' development or lack thereof. And I don't like the idea that the h has been secretly in love with the H for three years, secretly pining away for him. He didn't have to work for her at all. Anyhoo, since I read this as a one-off, I'm definitely missing references and built-in feelings.

I just realized that I should stop reading this anthology as most, if not all of the shorts, are part of a series that I'm most likely not going to start (or finish). I read the two stories by the authors that I've read before.

So far, I've read only Amy Andrews' story, but it's worth the 5 stars.

ITSY BITSY TEENIE WEENIE RED BIKINI TROUBLE by Amy Andrews

It was December, and Instagram influencer Theodora Eden had come back to Credence, Colorado to shoot some pictures. She almost got in trouble, partly thanks to rancher Del Norris. But a first love is not so easily forgotten, even after seven years...

ITSY BITSY TEENIE WEENIE RED BIKINI TROUBLE is the type of story that Amy Andrews does exceptionally well. Even in such a short story, nothing is missing: engaging characters; witty banter and humour; some heat and brief, emotional moments as well. In those few short pages, I felt I knew who Del and "Teddy" were, and it was evident that the love they'd once shared was still there.

It always amazes me how Ms. Andrews succeeds at keeping her prose and dialogues so fresh, young, and current, and her characters believable and sympathetic. Although I would have liked some sort of epilogue - which might possibly happen in some fashion in the future - this is a wonderful little story that will give you the warm fuzzies. Again, very well done, Amy Andrews!

Holiday Ever After is a Christmas theme anthologies jammed packed with short novellas from some amazing authors. Each and every story is different and gives me different feels throughout the book.

This line up of authors is some of my top favorites to read and others I have discovered over the last 12 months and have come to love. It's the perfect book to get you in the Christmas spirit.

If you love all things Christmas, this is the perfect collection of novellas for you.

The one that stuck out most was Willow Winters, she is an all-time favorite, and All I Want Is A Kiss was sweet, steamy and fun, Olivia and Nicholas were amazing. The little moments in time stealing my heart. what started out as an arrangement, turns into so much more. Their arrangement seemed so perfect for them, but of course... Things don't always stay perfect forever.

Another story that really grabbed me was Lili Valente Milf on a Shelf was about a single mom that was in search of a fake date. Maggie and Coops were two of a kind and I found myself swooning and smiling and laughing throughout this short story.

All in all, each and every book was enjoyable and the perfect book to sit back with a cup of hot chocolate and read each story. The perfect book for Christmas

I favored some stories over others but genuinely enjoyed them all. Holiday Ever After is an anthology of Holiday romances. I absolutely love reading Christmas romances; another reason why I love this seasonal time of the year. This particular book has eleven stories which is a plus in itself. And since I wanted to read them all, it took some time getting through it. I recommend this anthology to anyone looking for love and romance with sexy couples. A warm cozy spot by the fire is all you'll need.

A particular aspect I really enjoyed about many of the stories was that while each was fairly short, I didn't feel like anything was left out. And while more length is usually necessary to create complex characters, these authors did a good job with giving us enough personality to make our own inferences. I just hate coming away from a book with questions. These eleven stories were satisfying reads with happily-ever-afters. Not to mention, included are some of my favorite authors!

This is my honest and unbiased opinion. Thank you for taking the time to read it. :)

Holiday magic

This collection had everything I could want in an anthology. The stories were everything from cute to steamy. There was romance galore filled with Christmas miracles. All of these authors delivered on their short novellas some were filled with craziness and humor while others were a bit more serious. Regardless, they all captured the beauty, wonder, and joy of fun finding love at the most !magical time of the year.

Holiday Ever After: Eleven Contemporary Romance Short Stories

Holiday Ever After gave emotions something to sing about. With authors like Erika Kelly, Kimberly Kincaid and Lili Valente, sexy is a given. When it comes to keeping it heartwarming there's no one better than Erin Nicholas, J.H. Croix and Natasha Madison. Amy Andrews and Maria Luis balance out this journey of feels with a sense humor to go along with the heart. There's something for every heart. With so many choices, it's hard to fall in love with just one and I'm okay with that. A year round delight.

This is a fun collection of holiday stories. I was excited for this because there are several stories from some of my favorite series in here. I also enjoyed reading stories from new series that I have to go check out now. This is a great way to get ready for the holidays!

1) Baby, It’s Cold Outside by Kimberly Kincaid:
Lots of chemistry and heat in this one. I'm going to grab the rest of this series soon.

2)Planes, Trains, and Head Over Heels by Erika Kelly:
I loved the differences between the characters and the way they got to know each other.

3)That Snowy Night by J.H Croix:
A fun twist on the second chance trope.

4)Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Red Bikini Trouble by Amy Andrews:
This is a series that I love, and Teddy and Del are a great addition. The story was funny, sweet, and hot.

5)Mistletoe Kisser by Lucy Score:
This is a seriously quirky story, and I really enjoyed it.

6) Milf On The Shelf by Lili Valente:
I loved the way this one started. It was quirky.

7)Must Love Alligators by Erin Nicholas
These characters are so wonderful! I love this series and the chance to read more of it.

8)Tempt the Assistant by Natasha Madison
This had some fun twists.

9)All I Want is a Kiss by Willow Winters:
I think I would have understood this one better if I had read the series, but it ended very romantically.

10)Professional Development by Kate Canterbary:
The tension in this one ran high, and the humor did, too. I enjoyed the characters.

11)Kissing the Gentleman by Maria Luis:
So funny and sweet! I love this series and characters!

I'm reviewing two stories from this anthology!
Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Red Bikini by Amy Andrews
A delightful second chance romance between a grizzly rancher and his the girl he dated in high school, a recently returned to their small Montana home from her world travels as a photographer and Instagram influencer. He's pined for her for years, but she needed to spread her wings. Super sexy and super fun, I loved these two idiots who just fell right back in to love with minimum fuss. A great non-angsty holiday story.

Professional Development by Kate Canterbary
My favorite, enemies to lovers, with two characters who work at the charter school run by Lauren Walsh (from Canterbary's The Walshes series). They have the same role but over two different age groups and have butted heads since the beginning. He's a pretty, uptight, know-it-all and she's a sunny, cute, but tough as nails elementary school head teacher. They are forced to take a professional development seminar by their boss so they can learn to get along, but end up banging it out instead after they get stuck in the snow on the way home (ONLY ONE BED). Canterbary is great at developing angst and fire and this is a lusciously hot story.

I'll probably get to the other stories in this anthology one day, but these are the two authors who I really wanted to read. Currently free and only available for a limited time on Amazon, so I suggest you snap this one up quick! (less)

This is a great collection of festive romances to get into the holiday feels. Plenty of amazing Authors form the lineup, many I haven't read but that soon changed. I was drawn to this Anthology for Willow Winters short story All I Want Is A Kiss, which is a quick and steamy romance that brings the swoon factor and a sprinkle of Christmas spirit.

If you are looking for something to cosy under a blanket with then Holiday Ever After is what you are looking for, with all the stories included being short enough for a quick read when you have a spare hour in your day. Plus it's a great way to discover new Authors and dart back and forth between all the goodies included. I haven't read all the stories in the collection so far but I am working my way through and enjoying them all so far.

I'm gonna go ahead and tell you that this one kept me up all night... In the best of ways. It kept me interested from beginning to end. I was glued to my spot eyes on the pages until I read the last word. If my husband hadn't reminded me, I might have even forgotten to eat. (JK, kind of. LOL!) All of the author did a stupendous job capturing the romance that's possible during this magical time of year. I'm familiar with some of the authors but there were a few that were new to me. I'm definitely gonna be looking up more of their work now. If you want some entertainment to get you into the holiday spirit or, just simply because you love to read, then the Holiday Ever After collection is for you. Give it a chance. I know you won't be sorry.

This was an awesome holiday collection that has it all. Eleven different stories by eleven wonderful authors. You get everything from office romance to enemies to lovers, from slow burns to fast pace lust, determined and strong characters to characters that were filled with blunders and falls. Every story put a smile on my face and a pep in my holiday.

This anthology has a range of different tropes - everything from strangers to lovers to second chance romance.
They may be short stories (perfect for your lunch break) but they pack a punch. I can guarantee you will find a new to you author (or new series connected to these shorts) that you will love.

Holiday Ever After is a Christmas anthology filled with short novellas that haves touch of naughty and a touch of nice.

Due to time, I was only able to read Willow Winters, All I Want Is A Kiss short story featuring Olivia and Nicholas.

Nothing makes me happier than a sweet and sexy Christmas story and that is exactly what Willow gave us.

I wish I had the time to read ALL of the short stories in this anthology, but I know the authors and their talents, and I can only imagine how wonderful the other stories are!

“What do you want for Christmas, Olivia?”

“..All I want is a kiss.”

Holiday Ever After is a collection of eleven holiday novellas. While I’m normally not a big fan of novellas because they often feel rushed, I, for the most part, enjoyed this set of stories. I’d definitely recommend to those looking for some quick, easy-to-read holiday romances.

Baby It’s Cold Outside by Kimberly Kincaid—Sofia is studying to take her boards, but she’s convinced Dr. Emmett Mallory, an orthopedic surgeon, is overly tough on her and mocks her. When they get stuck unexpectedly in an elevator, they get a better understanding of one another. Things progress quickly from there, but it’s a sweet romance.

Planes, Trains, and Head Over Heels by Erika Kelly—When Dean’s friend asks him to pick up a real-life princess at the airport, his plan is to drop her off at a fancy hotel and go on his way. When it becomes clear there are no rooms, he takes her to his place and then accompanies her to her family. The banter between them is funny, and while their upbringings had been different, they can relate to one another. I enjoyed them as a couple and think others will as well.

That Snowy Night by JH Croix—When Delilah’s car skids over the road, the last person she expects to come to her rescue is Alex, her old summer camp crush. This is a cute, second chance romance.

Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Red Bikini Trouble by Amy Andrews—Del finds a woman in a bikini wading in a lake in December, but he’s surprised to find it’s Theodora, the woman who had left him years earlier, trying to make a point to her ex. Will they be able to put the past behind them and have a second chance?

The Mistletoe Kisser by Lucy Score—Ryan is conned by his uncle to come help him save his farm, only to find his uncle gone. Sammy, the local vet, meets Ryan when he brings in a goat he thought he’d run over. What ensues is a fun, town-wide matchmaking scheme that Ryan’s uncle had been a part of. This was a fun story and I liked how everyone was involved, even though they had confused Ryan for his cousin, also named Ryan.

MILF on the Shelf by Lili Valente—Single mother and house flipper Maggie buys a house with a Christmas decorated toilet in the kitchen. When she calls her friend, who runs an escort service, to find her a last-minute date to a party, she doesn’t expect to really like Coop. The pair hit it off and it turns out that not only do they have Maggie’s friend in common, but Coop’s younger brother plays in a band with Maggie’s daughter, who was also trying to get the pair together. It’s a fun story.

Must Love Alligators by Erin Nicholas—This is part of the Boys of Bayou series. I had been wondering what was going to happen between Chase and Bailey, and I’m happy to have gotten to read their story. Every time something romantic was about to happen, something else would happen (stepping on a foot, knocking things over, etc). It was a humorous story and I wanted to read more about them and the rest of the crazy Landry family. I was happy to hear that there are plans to have an extended version of the story released for the couple.

Tempt the Assistant by Natasha Madison—Shane has feelings for his assistant, and Bella has feelings for him as well. They spent five years fighting the attraction until things come to light at the company Christmas party. I’ll admit, out of the all the stories, I probably enjoyed this one the least. Readers are told they love each other, but I didn’t actually feel it as everything seemed to happen really quickly.

All I Want is a Kiss by Willow Winters—Olivia and her business partner, Autumn, travel to conferences, she always hooks up with Autumn’s brother, Nick. They agreed to just the hookups, but Nick wants more. He puts it all on the line and asks Olivia for a decision about their future. I really enjoyed this and wanted to read more about them.

Professional Development by Kate Canterbary—Drew and Tara are co-Deans, but they don’t see eye-to-eye. Their boss sends them to a conference with the hopes they’ll be able to work together and get over their differences. I enjoyed the banter between them and how they were determined to act like enemies. I loved seeing how everything turned out between the two of them and felt this was a great enemies to lovers novella.

Kissing the Gentleman by Maria Luis—Georgie has a crush on Jean, but has been avoiding him after the office Christmas party where she asked him to dance, was turned down, then proceeds to accidentally hit him in the groin. When they’re forced to work together, a little mistletoe brings them together. I enjoyed this couple and there were plenty of laugh out loud moments curtesy of Georgie’s Santa with horns, which scares everyone in the office.
