Practice Gratitude: Transform Your Life — Making the Uplifting Experience of Gratitude Intentional is a guide to the process that I have used for blogging for ten years.

Understanding what I personally feel grateful for and using this understanding to identify things I can genuinely feel grateful for in any moment has changed how I live. I am more content and feel more in control of my mood than ever before.

Both books will be available in paperback and The Best of No Small Thing — Mindful Meditations will also be available as an ebook.
