Terms and Conditions for contest :
By participating in this contest by Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in India and Thomas Cook India, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please ensure you read properly and understand the Terms and Conditions. If you are not in agreement with the Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the contest.
The contest starts on 15th Dec’2020 and will end on 31st Dec’2020 Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in India and Thomas Cook India, however, shall have the right to change the ending date of the contest without prior notice.
Winner announcement will be done on or around 1st week of February on Facebook/Instagram/Website. The decisions of judges in selection of the winners shall be final.
This contest is open to the general public of India including people following Turkey Tourism in India, Thomas Cook India social media pages.
The participants should be above 18 years of age at the time of participating in the contest.
The winner shall have to establish their identity at the time of receiving the gratification and Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in India and Thomas Cook India shall not issue any prize to the winner where they fail to establish their identity to the satisfaction of the brand.
In order to take part in the contest the participants must submit all the answers of the quiz and necessary personal details requested.

A winning COUPLE will be entitled to:
A 3-night stay in Istanbul and 2-night stay in Cappadocia
Economy Round trip air tickets from Delhi/Mumbai to Istanbul and domestic flight to/from Istanbul-Cappadocia via TURKISH AIRLINES
Accommodation in Istanbul and Cappadocia
Local transfers to/from airport-hotel
Breakfast at the hotels
Any expense other that prize inclusions mentioned will be borne by the winner
If for any reason, the winner is not granted visa, prize is not transferable / encashable
The prize cannot be modified or altered in any manner & cannot be encashed/transferred.
The winner will have to submit 3 options for date of travel apart from blackout dates during Holi and Diwali . The winner details will be shared with Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in India who will coordinate this prize.
Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in India and Thomas Cook India will award prize on any of the 3 options stated for travel.
Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in India and Thomas Cook India shall have the absolute discretion in selecting the winner. The registration for the contest shall not guarantee winning of the contest.
Use of obscenity, vulgarity, discrimination or any other form of offensive matter would be a reason to ban a participant from the competition and removal of the said post.
Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in India and Thomas Cook India shall reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or remove any content or disqualify a participant from the contest in its sole discretion on whatsoever reason.
Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in Indiaand Thomas Cook India shall have the right to use the content submitted through the comment to produce any promotional material on this contest which would be used in public, without obtaining prior written permission of the participants.
The participants agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in India and Thomas Cook India and to consent to the use and disclosure, in any form of media, of their names, likenesses and/or general areas of residence without any reward or further reference.
Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in India and Thomas Cook India shall not be responsible for any system interruption or failure which could have prevented participants from taking part in the contest by posting and sharing. In such an event, we apologize for the inconvenience the participants may face. Further, Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in Indiaand Thomas Cook India shall not be liable for any virus, malfunctions or any other form of damage which could have transmitted to the equipment of participants while taking part by posting and sharing.
Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in India and Thomas Cook India shall strictly deal with any attempts made to undermine, abuse, sabotage or defame the contest or the image of Turkey and Turkish Airlines in accordance with law.
Failure to comply with the conditions set out herein shall be a ground for disqualification of any participant from the contest.
Terms and Conditions set out herein shall supersede any statements made in any promotional campaigns on this contest.
Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey and Thomas Cook India may vary the Terms and Conditions provided herein from time to time without any prior notice.
Culture & Tourism Office of the Embassy of Republic of Turkey and Thomas Cook India, affiliated agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this contest.
