We are hoping to create a safe & fun space for women & people of other gender minorities to share their experiences in the game industry, provide professional support for one another, and come together to form a robust & engaged community.

We're dedicated to making sure this space stays safe, inclusive, and respectful to everyone. As such, we have a few basic rules you're required to follow.

-  Absolutely no discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to discrimination or harassment based on gender, sexuality, race, body type, age, relationship structure/status, social status, disability, or other aspects. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate & permanent expulsion from the server. If you have been found to be discriminating or harassing others outside of this server, you may also be expelled.

-  No using the SIG for dating or sexual purposes; no propositioning members, no cybersex, etc. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate & permanent expulsion from the server.

-  Use clear content labels/warnings for discussion of sensitive, sexual, NSFW, or potentially triggering topics, & keep these topics to the appropriate channels when that makes sense.

-  This Discord is a safe space for people in this industry, & it is expected that the conversations here will NOT be shared outside of this server without full permission from those involved. If you're found to be sharing information you found here without permission, you will be permanently expelled from the server. Special cases may be granted in the event of reporting illegal or dangerous activity.
