Great app for Shopify shipping automation. Easy to use, smooth carrier integrations, and bulk label printing saves us a lot of time. Tracking updates work reliably, and customer support is always fast and helpful.
Very comfortable automated app. Professional and friendly support objectively resolves the issues raised.
It is not very clear. TO proceed using it they ask for too many info :
- bank account ????
- accept contract (not in English) ???
- very odd... after investing time into it I get to some "payment" window with 3 or 4 languages but not ENGLISH...
- Also I tried to cancel my account (since it is created outside of shopify) and I cannot do it easily and clearly. I was only able to disconnect my store.
I don't like it at all. Too many data and to little UX friendly to understand how to cancel an account with data coonections.
