Introduction Adventure Outback Through Australia's Most Remote Golf Series G’DAY and welcome to the Outback Queensland Masters, locally coined, the “OQM”. This is Australia’s most remote golf series, spanning an epic 1,600 kilometres across Queensland’s Outback. Adventure west of the Great Divide from Biloela and the Sandstone Wonders through to the channel country of Charleville, Quilpie and onto Blackall, Hughenden and the heart of the Outback, Longreach for the "2021 Million Dollar Hole-In-One"! It's the richest amateur prize pool in the golfing world with AUD10,000 hole-in-one challenges in the five locations of Biloela, Charleville, Quilpie, Blackall and Hughenden, culminating in Longreach for the million dollar hole-in-one challenge. This truly unique event is an opportunity for amateur golfers, first time golfers friends locals and travellers alike, to test their skills with a rare opportunity to immerse themselves and experience the genuine spirit of the Outback.


Locations & Dates Taking place in six destinations across Outback Queensland, from June to July 2021, including: Biloela – June 19 and 20, 2021. Charleville – June 26 and 27, 2021. Quilpie – July 3 and 4, 2021. Blackall – July 10 and 11, 2021. Hughenden – July 17 and 18, 2021. Longreach – July 23, 24 and 25, 2021. Enjoy rounds on the most remote courses on offer in Australia. Surrounded by wildlife, kangaroos and magic sunsets followed by outback tucker and great Australian wines. Our tours are fully hosted - let us the do driving for you! Fly from Brisbane to Hughenden on Friday 16th July, finishing in Longreach on Thursday 22nd July. Seven days. Cost per person is $4,480.00 twin share Accommodation is remote and is twin share, we will do all possible to accommodate the single traveller.


Hughenden Day 1 - Friday 16th July - Fly from Brisbane to Hughenden. We collect you from the airport and head off to explore White Mountains National Park. (B,L,D)

Hughenden to Winton

Day 4 - MON 19th July Today, take the two and a half hour journey south-west to Winton, known as the ‘Dinosaur Capital of Australia’ and the home of Waltzing Matilda. Check out the world’s largest collection of Australian dinosaur fossils at the Australian Age of Dinosaurs Museum and join a guided interpretive tour of their Fossil Preparation Laboratory, Collection Room and Dinosaur Canyon. The Waltzing Matilda Centre is the first museum in the world to be dedicated to a song, honouring the unofficial anthem penned in 1895 not far from Winton at Dagworth Station. The interactive centre digs deep into the lyrics before taking you on a journey of discovery of the outback and its history. Make sure to visit the North Gregory Hotel while in Winton, rumoured to be the location of the first ever performance of Waltzing Matilda.(B,L,D) Day 5 - TUE 20th July, we take a full day tour, to the world’s only recorded evidence of a dinosaur stampede – the Dinosaur Stampede at Lark Quarry Conservation Park. More than 95 million years old, there are 3,300 stampeding footprints immortalised in stone and protected 110 kilometres south-west of Winton.(B,D) Day 6 - WED 21st July - Day of leisure. Option to head to the Winton Golf course and practice some shots! (B)


Longreach Day 7 - THU 22nd July 2021. Make a trip to Ilfracombe, 28 kilometres east of Longreach along the Matilda Way. Walk the Great Machinery Mile, a graphic timeline of the evolution of the pastoral and transport industries then take a dip in the local artesian spa. Stop in at the Wellshot Hotel, voted ‘Outback Queensland’s Favourite Pub’ in 2019 for some classic country hospitality for lunch arriving into Longreach at 3pm. Fly from Longreach to Brisbane.

The Golf events are a six part golf series across remote locations in Outback Queensland. The program kicks off with breakfast on the Saturday morning followed by the official tee off. The competition at each event continues all day Saturday and Sunday (9 holes each day), with breakfast and lunch included on both days. Saturday evening is dinner under the stars of the Milky Way with live entertainment from Australia's finest. The tournament culminates in Longreach for a three day event over Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tee off on Friday and Saturday, dine under thestars on Friday and Sunday, and if your eligible you will be teeing off for the Million Dollar Hole-In-One on Sunday. To compete in the Million Dollar- Hole-In-One, you must first have competed in two previous locations.
