The Foundation in Support of Local Democracy with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Żurawia 43), runs the Active Citizens Fund - Regiona programme, financed by the European Economic Area (hereinafter referred to as the "Programme") in consortium with the Education for Democracy Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Nowolipie 9/11), and the Information Society Development Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Kopernika 17). The above mentioned entities are co-administrators within the meaning of Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPA") for all personal data related to the implementation of the Programme. This means that they jointly determine the purposes and means of processing your
personal data. These entities will hereinafter jointly be referred to as "Joint Controllers".

The Joint Controllers have established a single point of contact for the exercise of data subjects' rights in relation to the processing of their personal data: rodo.aofr@frdl.org.pl.

Your personal data will be processed in order to provide you with the opportunity to participate in a networking meeting about the Active Citizens Fund – Regional programme, to contact you in this matter and for documentation and archiving purposes related to the implementation of the Active Citizens Fund – Regional programme (i.e. on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Co-administrators in the implementation of the Programme (Article 6(1)(f) of the COO) and to fulfil the legal obligation of the administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the COO).

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to ensure your participation in the information meeting about the Active Citizens Fund – Regional programme.

Co-administrators can consolidate your image during the implementation of the programme to document the implementation of the programme. The organiser may publish images of Participants and Participants on the Internet for promotional purposes based on their legitimate interest.

The Co-administrators will only process your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the objectives of their collection, i.e. for the period necessary to organise an information meeting about the Active Citizens Fund – Regional programme and to properly archive/document this event. Your personal data will be shared with each other by the Joint Controllers as part of the joint implementation of the Active Citizens Fund – Regional information meeting.

Your personal data might be forwarded to the Financial Mechanism Office in Brussels. You have the right to request access to your personal data, to rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

Each of the Joint Controllers shall exercise due diligence to ensure the security of the processing of your personal data. The Joint Controllers have entered into an agreement under which they have defined the scope of their responsibilities in relation to the obligations arising from the TRADB. Notwithstanding the above, you may exercise your rights under the PAC vis-à-vis any of the Co-administrators.
