Description
70 fun and unique poses that your students will love! These poses are perfect for the game freeze dance. Turn the music on and allow students to dance and move around the gym. When the music stops, show them a pose and allow them 5-10 seconds to freeze exactly like the pose. Increase the difficulty of the game by showing poses that are harder to mirror/duplicate or by showing more than 1 pose and having students find partners to complete each one. These freeze dance and creative movement poses are perfect for warm up games, instant activities, and brain breaks!
