We are writing to tell you that due to an error that has occurred whilst processing your June payment, you have received a triple payment of your QOF Aspiration payment.
This was caused due to an issue with the migrating of your information from the old system to the new.
We have been in discussion with your Commissioner and the issue will be rectified in your August 2021 pay run, where two months’ worth of Aspiration payments made in error will be deducted.
