The My Verisure application allows you to take full control of your security, to activate or deactivate your intruder alarm from anywhere in the world.

Application features:
- Check the status of your alarm.
- Arm or disarm your alarm remotely.
- Check who enters and leaves your home or business and at what time.
- Take photos remotely to check on your property from your mobile or tablet.
- Check your live video surveillance.
- Download your invoices.
- Modify your keywords, users, action plansā€¦

All these functions are available in our Verisure Alarms. The available functionalities may vary according to the Alarm model.

- In order to use this application, you must be a Verisure customer and have a username and password.

Been a user for over a year. Within the past 5 or so months the app started working sporadically if at all. Asked a service tech what was going on and was told the company has a new system and the app doesn't work with it and they are working on a new one. I hope so. Several attempts to talk to someone at the company about the problems were fruitless. Ask for a callback that never came.

Avoid! Unless you like to watch apps loading non stop! I try to look at my video doorbell but as you can see from Arlo App reviews also! there is never any connectivity despite installing extras to make sure we had connectivity! My 30euro video doorbell was 100 times better that the rubbish supply and fit I received from Verisure from start to finish. The whole product and service is less than poor! How when you look at the reviews they are getting this average reviews rating is a mystery!

so easy to use and keep your home well protected, and if there is ever an issue, verisure is straight on the phone to make sure all is safe. I'm sp glad I got it and I would recommend it to everyone. keep yourself and your family safe like I do mine with verisure best decision I ever did
