ABOUT US

Briggs & Partners is a family run construction consultancy based in mid-Cheshire. 


We enjoy working with clients on a broad range of projects including the creation and refurbishment of buildings of all types.  We also provide specialist support services to schools and Academies.

Founded in 2011, we provide construction services across all major industry sectors to clients across the North West.

We undertake feasibility studies for our clients including a detailed review of all cost and design considerations which may be required to meet funding constraints.

As a time served consultancy we offer a wealth of experience and expertise within the construction industry.  We combine strong technical ability with a disciplined approach to provide a comprehensive range of M & E solutions.

COST CONSULTING

Briggs & Partners began and continues to be supported by our core  quanity surveying activities.  From our Cheshire HQ we provide the full range of QS services to clients nationwide creating buildings across all sectors.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our project management expertise means we lead our projects diligently and coordinate the work of consultants and contractors throughout the process.  In doing this, we seek to provide our Clients with total peace of mind by taking responsibility for quality and cost control.

EMPLOYER'S AGENT

Our role as Employers Agent involves acting as an observer and quality controller who keeps the Client informed at all stages of a project.  By understanding the project brief, contractual obligations and our Client priorities, we are able to inform decision making and achieve a successful outcome.

PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Our Principal Designer services are tailored to meet the demanding legislative requirements of the construction industry.  We allow our Clients to retain complete visibility and control over the health and safety aspects of a project and ensure the safety of everyone involved including obligations under CDM 2015.
