The controller is decent. The buttons aren't as clicky as I'd like, but they work well enough. Weekend great with Xbox Game Pass. The Note 20 Ultra will fit, but it won't be ideal, so I'd use it with a smaller phone than that.  The real kicker are the earbuds. They're pretty good, and I didn't expect that. Better than the generic airpods sold in stores. Maybe not quite airpods-level quality? I'm not an audiophile, so I didn't notice much difference.

I like the Buds very much, gaming mode is good. I like the Gaming Pad, but it should be able to support Fast Charging, I'm ok with the non accessory support, I just would like to be able to Fast Charge with it

The Buds and Controller are great

earbuds are pretty good similar in quality to the Razer Hammerhead bluetooth ones I have. Controller is useable but feels cheap and has tough triggers, had to special order new inside grips for my phone ( Razer phone 2 ) because it's rectangular unlike most new phones. wouldn't have bought it if not on sale

you see people hating on the earbuds but honestly I find them quite great! I actually own the razer gaming phone 2 and the keishi  controller actually begins to pop out of placement with a phone that was built for them! overall I'm still a fan of razer even if 1st gem controller was better.

Could be better

The razor kishi was good and works fine but when I bought the bundle I expected for both products to work fine but the earphone neither made a sound nor paired to my phone like a normal bluetooth earphones would. Am a bit dissatisfied and disappointed at that fact but at least the maid products the razor worked and that I can say thank you.

Kishi works well, and while the hammer heads sound good they are horribly uncomfortable to wear and feel super cheap.
