Senior Officer – Sales System Support

• Support to enhance and maintain system manuals, user guides and training material for all system related processes and work flows.
• Track and follow up on the progress of the PIDs submitted to ensure development and completion on time.
• Coordinate with team on development and implementation plans for the agreed projects or developments to increase the automation level of internal sales workflow
• Support the testing and release process for new projects.
• Support in reporting of weekly/monthly analysis dashboard for department projects and help with recommendations.
• Prepare the monthly and annual forecasts for Digital Sales channels.

• Bachelors Degree.
• 0-3 years of Experience
