Design Notes
- Works great as a small tool sack. Holds a tube, tire levers, CO2 cartridge, and patch
- Phones up to 3.25" x 5.75" fit inside without an added protective case. The pouch has no shock protection; no phone warranty if dropped.
- You may need to renew the water repellent surface of your pouch as it ages. We like NikWax Tent Gear Solarproof as they are committed to the environment and never use fluorocarbon water-repellents. It is easy to apply and works well.

I don't actually cycle but the profile was just what I was looking for a s atravel accessory for passport, spare credit cards and some cash.
I was looking for a tall front pocket organizer that would fit small pliers. The Echelon all conditions fits the bill perfectly!
Nice materials and manufacture. One zipper pocket, 2 outer open sleeves. Easy to grab and put in or out of a rear cycling jersey pocket. Coated fabric not waterproof but close enough if you need to keep something dry on a rainy ride.
Love my echelon bag. Wore one out and bought two more. These guys are awsome.
The Echelon is the perfect size to hold everything I take on both gravel and road rides. It fits my small hand pump along with a spare road tube or Tubolito for gravel, in addition to a multitool and a couple little odds and ends. The Echelon fits perfectly in a jersey pocket and this All-Weather version keeps all the rain and mud out on nasty gravel rides. I had been looking for quite a while for something that could do it all and am so glad that this checks all the boxes. I couldn't be happier with it. Thanks Frankie!
