Donations needed!
We are in need of band instruments for our next group of beginners. We accept: Flute, Clarinet, Alto Sax, Trumpet, Trombone, and Percussion (Bells, Xylophone, Snare Kits)

Did you know..
Band for All has helped over 3026 students participate in band in the Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan school district. The Band for All program began in 2007 serving only Cedar Park Elementary. In 2011, we expanded it to reach all 29 schools in our district. In 2023 we currently have over 860 students playing a Band for All instrument in grades 5-12. Our instruments have been donated by the community. Many need repair. We currently own 553 woodwind instruments that will need pad and spring replacements. We also supply students with a starter kit of supplies needed to play their instrument such as: reeds, grease, oil, swabs, etc.

Band Makes a Difference
Student participation in Band, at Cedar Park, increased approximately 30% over the last decade partly because of the Band For All program. This means that 30% more students have access to small group instruction, have another avenue to actively work toward literacy goals, and have a stronger sense of belonging within the Cedar Park Community. Band students at Cedar Park are the role models for the entire student body both academically and socially.

This program has greatly benefitted Apple Valley High School by providing us with instruments for families who couldn’t afford to buy or rent them. Student participation in band has increased due to BFA.
