This Survey Questionnaire is designed to collect information from the teachers/professors from all levels (full-time and part-time employees) of The Fisher Valley College on faculty readiness and willingness to teach online. Results will guide the TFVC Management in decision-making in preparation for the opening of classes this academic year 2020-2021.
