📌How can I use Care Talk Talk? Can I sign up right away?

✔️Care Talk Talk can be used together by “guardians” and “caregivers (facility managers)” through the Senior Talk Talk APP.
✔️However, you must register a guardian at the institution to use the Care Talk Talk function after signing up. The introduction of this function is free, so if you wish to use the service, please contact the customer center below.

① I will relieve you of worries about entering the payroll provision record.
- In Senior Talk Talk Pro, I made it so that you can conveniently enter your salary provision records. Was it difficult for the caregiver to manually edit the notes written in the APP? Physical activity, nursing treatment, cognitive management, and functional recovery step-by-step confirmation and correction are possible to increase work efficiency.

② Now, I will reduce my personal KakaoTalk usage.

③ Pick-up and drop-off, stop talking now!

Completed pickup and drop-off records are automatically sent to the pickup and drop-off function, just print out and you're done!

④ I have added a function that can be used by guardians and caregivers as well.
-Care request: If the guardian registers the care needs for the elderly (change of care schedule, request for medication, request for accompaniment, request for meal, etc.), the nursing care can check and process it. It is a two-way communication tool that can be recorded and used by the caregiver directly if the caregiver is unable to do so.

-Notice: Please send the contents to be notified to the guardian in the APP rather than in writing. It will save you time and money.

-Calling: Do not search for the guardian's phone number one by one. You can see all the contact information of multiple registered guardians in the dialing function. Also, guardians can see the center phone number, so it would be better to keep in touch with each other!

-Usually, you will manage multiple recipients per minute of caregiver. Social workers have to manage all beneficiaries. That's why we created a function so that you can set the “senior to serve”. With only one ID, you can add and delete multiple recipients, so try setting them as you like.

Also, you can send notices by selecting only the seniors you want! It is also possible to attach photos and files to the notice, so please deliver it more conveniently.
Notifications will appear as an app notification to parents. Get notified and check it out.
