The Seoul City Safety Service is an app provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government to protect all precious citizens of the city from crimes and accidents through location tracking.

# The safety service is designed to connect CCTV around the living area and CCTV control centers installed in each autonomous region with smartphone applications to report emergency situations. 1. Safety is provided with emergency reporting, home monitoring, and scouting services.

2. After an emergency report, due to the operation of the control center, the rapid processing may be delayed.

3. Location information may be incorrect in underground, indoor and building-intensive areas, which may result in inaccurate service. The GPS shaded area is located by replacing it with the carrier base station coordinates.

4. Among products officially sold through domestic telecommunication companies, Android OS 5.0 and iPhone IOS 9.0 and higher are stable, and there may be restrictions on installation and use.

5. When using the emergency report shaking function, you can reduce false reports caused by ""routine shaking"" by setting the appropriate number and intensity in the preference menu.
- When testing the number of shakes and strength, turn ""Test"" on at the top right and test it. If ""test"" is not turned on, an emergency report will be made and the police will be dispatched.
