City Beerfest 2022

An all-day beer festival raising money for the Lord Mayor's Appeal. 

Join some of Britain’s most popular breweries as they serve up a selection of beers and an array of delicious street food stalls, all in support of the Lord Mayor's Appeal. With live music later on, we're more excited about this year's event than ever before.

All profits from the event will be donated to the Lord Mayor's Appeal in support of:

• Place2Be
• OnSide Youth Zones
• Samaritans
• The Duke of Edinburgh's Award
• National Numeracy

Standard On The Day (7 July 2022, from 12:30pm)

Individual entry package - £15 (includes 4 half-pint beer tokens and 1 limited edition City Beerfest glass).

Individual additional token - £3 (includes 1half-pint)

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Terms and Conditions

• Your beer tokens and glasses will be available to collect on the day from the pre-sales table located in Guildhall Yard when accompanied by valid ID and booking reference. Book online in advance to save queuing time on the day.
• Online sales will close at noon on 6 July. Standard On The Day entry packages will be available at the event entrance from 12:30pm.
• Strictly no under 18s allowed. We operate a challenge 25 policy so please bring a valid ID with you on the day.
• Please drink responsibly.
• The music programme, breweries, food stalls and times may be subject to change without notice at the organisers discretion. 
• An individual entry package per person (including a City Beerfest glass) needs to be purchased to gain entry to the event. All beer will be poured into a City Beerfest glass at each tent.
• All tokens must be purchased online in advance, or from the sales desk; no cash will accepted at the individual beer tents.

Cancellation and Refunds

• In the unlikely event City Beerfest is cancelled by the event organisers full refunds will be provided.
• No other refunds will be given.
• No refunds will be given for unused packages purchased or lack of valid ID (under 18s not admitted; we operate a Challenge 25 policy).
• We reserve the right to refuse any person who is intoxicated. No refunds will be given.
