This role has a focus on high value, new business which is reflective of the blue-chip portfolio you will be managing.Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will use your client-centric and solutions-based approach to build relationships at various levels across a portfolio of blue-chip clients. This role has a focus on high value event solutions which is reflective of your client base.You will:Leverage our cutting-edge Sales Tech tools to gain a competitive advantage over our competitors;Develop and maintain an annual sales plan to provide you with a blueprint to achieve revenue targets;Contact prospective clients, arrange and attend virtual and face-to-face meetings to ensure you complete the necessary activities outlined in your sales plan;Consult with your clients to understand their pain points and provide them with a genuine commercial outsourced events solution;Maintain a sales forecast in Dynamics CRM that exceeds sales goal requirements on a monthly-quarterly basis; andAttend and actively contribute to sales team meetings.You will have:Previous success in establishing and growing relationships with corporate clients;A consultative sales approach with a track record of success in uncovering client pain points and tailoring viable commercial solutions;A consultative sales approach and proven negotiation skills. We are looking for someone with commercial acumen who understands the value proposition to deliver the win/win;Digital tech-savviness–with experience in using CRMs, LinkedIn and social selling.
