2nd Annual Oktober Festival 2022 Vendor Request Form
The North Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 2nd Annual Oktober Festival on Sunday, October 2, 2022, from 12:00 - 6:00 pm.
Booths will be available for food, drink and artisan vendors. All business are welcome to apply for a booth and will accepted on a first come first serve basis. Payment must be made to reserve your space. We recommend that you have an activity to attract visitors to your booth.
Vendor Fees - Early Bird Vendor fees of $150 until August 31, 2022.
Vendors will be given a booth space that is approximately 10' x 10'. Vendors must provide their own equipment - tables, chairs and canopies (max 10' x 10'). A Booth package is available for Vendors to rent a 10' x 10' canopy, one table, and two chairs to purchase at an additional charge (quantities limited).
Application Deadline for all vendors is Friday, September 23, 2022. All fees must be paid by this date to confirm your Vendor space at the 2nd Annual Oktober Festival.
* Filling out this form does not guarantee you will be a Vendor at the 2nd Annual Oktober Festival. You must pay your invoice that will be sent separately to you and receive a confirmation email from NVRCC for your booth space *
