Wolf Wayburn is the devil in an Armani suit with the body of a Greek god. He thinks I’m just a small-town girl who he can intimidate—but I never back down from a fight.

The first time we met, he cut me off at a gas station.
So, I flashed him the bird and mocked his family jewels.
The second time we met, he tried to get me fired.
He took his shot—and he missed.
At least for now.
Wolf Wayburn was an ex-Navy SEAL with an attitude.
But it would take a lot more than the big, bad Wolf to scare me off.
I had ninety days to win the man over.
To convince him that I was the right person for the job.
But spending endless amounts of time with him proved more challenging than I’d expected.
He was stubborn and broody and charming and sexy—all at the same time.
I despised him as much as I craved him.
We taunted and teased and terrorized one another for weeks.
The first time he dropped to his knees, it was to search me for a weapon.
The second time… it was an altogether different story.
I never planned to fall for the enemy.
Because I knew it was easier to hate Wolf Wayburn than to love him.

"Love me. Hate me. It doesn’t matter. We belong together."
This is the last book in this series, and I’m going to miss it. Especially with this ending! This is for sure my favorite in the Honey Mountain series, and Dylan and Wolf are seriously my favorite heroine and hero.
I knew Dylan’s story was going to be a good one. I wasn’t expecting to fall for Wolf, though.

"The devil never showed up in a cheap, knock-off suit—he always came clad in Armani, didn’t he?"
The big, bad wolf is the stuff of wet dreams, and I need one of these for Christmas. He’s a former SEAL, he’s grumpy, and he’s very used to getting his way. Because of that, he doesn’t back down from a fight, but then Dylan comes along… and all the fighting and banter just becomes so much more interesting. And so does he!

"You’re so fucking aggravating. So far under my skin, I can’t fucking see straight."
If you’ve read the other books, you’ll know Dylan is a straight-shooter and as strong as it gets. She doesn’t take anyone’s bullshit—in fact, she calls people out on it all the time. She’s never let anyone too close; she never thought she would. Until now.

"You’re just so curious about my package, aren’t you? It’s killing you not knowing." I leaned down, my lips grazing the outside of her ear. "I have a gigantic cock, Minx."
Dylan finished her law degree and had an offer to go work for the Lions, owned by the Wayburn family. It sounds like a dream job, until she meets the guy she’ll be working up close and personal with—Wolf Wayburn, who’s going to take over as CEO. They instantly dislike each other, but sparks are flying then and there.

"And you shouldn’t call your boss a lunatic. It’s unprofessional."
"Says the man who just dropped to his knees and patted me down."

He wants to get her fired because she’s all wrong for the job, but they agree on a probation period, which includes them traveling together to speak to a few players. I mean, the banter is so good! The pranks they constantly play on each other were hilarious and mostly to get rid of other people’s attention. They don’t see it, but you will, and it will make it even better.

"And this time when I thought about going down on my knees for her, it wasn’t to look for a weapon. Unless the one between her legs counted."
They’re both unused to this situation, to this kind of tension, and to wanting someone this much. It becomes nothing short of unbearable. I love tension, and to top it off, Wolf falls first. He can’t really take it anymore, but Dylan is kidding herself imagining she can.
They’re powerless to stop the chemistry between them, but all the hotness comes wrapped up in a lot of sweetness. It got me really emotional at times, too.

"From here on out, we don’t pleasure one another before my mouth is on yours." I ran the pad of my thumb over her bottom lip. "Nor do we do it with clothes on."
They agree to a no-strings-attached thing as long as they’re both up for it. They even come up with a safe word in case they want to break it off. Are they hot together? Hell yes! From the start you see there are plenty of strings tying them together, and you want to tell them that life is short and freaking go for it!
It’s all in the small details, and I loved every single thing about them.

In the meantime, you get to see Dylan’s sisters from previous books and you still get to experience Honey Mountain (I wish I could move there!). You also see Wolf’s family and you can tell his heart has always been in the right place underneath his gruff exterior.
And when something from the past comes up, that’s when you really fall in love with the man.

"I don’t want to stop. You have the sweetest pussy. I could die a happy man right here."
"You will die an unhappy man if you don’t let me finish,"

Don’t think they stop giving each other shit once they’re together—and that was even better. It set the foundation for something that is truly unique to the both of them. It’s a relationship like no other, and it will get to you like it did to me.
It came down to finally realizing who they were together, and that no one else could ever top it.
Only Mine is the perfect title for this book.

"I promise to still hate you sometimes," I said.
"I promise to hate you, too. But I’ll always love you more."

This story touched me. It doesn’t matter if you think you’re unlovable, undeserving, have an attitude or that you think you’ll be alone forever. Sometimes the right person sweeps you off your feet, even as they cut you in line at the gas station, and one moment changes everything you thought you knew.
Amazing book.

BY FAR MY FAVE.

i am dylan, dylan is me.

if you liked the devil you know, this is a similar banter filled workplace romance and i loved every second of it.

dylan and wolf start their relationship off by her telling and flipping him off when he cuts in front of her at the gas station. when she later sees him in the boardroom of her brand new job, she’s more than a little surprised.

this is one of those, the line between love and hate is very thin, you can keep calling it casual but you’re in a relationship type of books and i am obsessed.

wolf was so hot and so down bad. their first night together he said, oh you have an early flight tomorrow? nah, give me two more hours and take my helicopter. yes, daddy 🛐

dylan is the best. she was so so funny and i felt so seen by her. i loved them together and i want to read like eight more books about their life together because they were so cute and funny.

How is it already the finale of the Honey Mountain series?! I'm not ready to say goodbye - I have adored this feel-good, charming series. Small-town magic, romance sincerity, big feels, all with the most endearing group of sisters. I could not love it more. I’ve been invested in this series and the Thomas sisters and now that’s it’s time to say goodbye, it’s very bittersweet. I adore every sister and the journey they’ve taken in finding love.

I was SO excited to get Dylan’s book - she was the sister that has always intrigued me the most. She’s ballsy, gusty, hilarious, a total spitfire. But she’s also got so much heart and emotional depth. And I just love how REAL she is - how emotionally honest and open. When she meets Wolf, in a unorthodox yet hilarious meet-cute when he cuts her off at the gas station, she lets loose with a barrage of sass and attitude. Not realising he’s her boss’s son...

I loved this relationship! Dylan and Wolf are so fantastic together – the banter and their chemistry is just amazing. I loved their snarky, sexy, undeniable chemistry from the very start. Dylan is a smart, funny, take-no-guff type of woman. The perfect woman for Wolf. She’s not a pushover. And their hilarious banter was some of the best parts of this romance! As their relationship unfolded, it was so much fun seeing just how their hate turned to love. There are also lots of fantastic family moments, giving the story authenticity as the two are swept into each other’s world. The two of them fall for each other in a big way, and it’s a sweet, sexy love story, with so much heart.

Only Mine was the perfect finale to this heart-warming, family-based, small town romance series. This beautiful story touched me like only a Laura Pavlov story can. It was sexy, emotional, poignant and filled to the brim with the sexy chemistry and banter I live for. This was another gold star hit in this incredible series!

This started ok and then just had too many issues to ignore, and tried to be too many things.

My issues:
- Both Wolf and Dylan were extremely immature and unprofessional. She wanted to prove herself, yet made inappropriate sexual comments and grabbed his dick to prove a point. He accuses her of sleeping with business contacts, yet almost immediately is going down on her at work. What a mess.
- Speaking of immaturity, she calls her vagina her “vagazzle”…a grown woman with a law degree. Cringe. And the karaoke scene? I died of second hand embarrassment.
- There is no way that a NEW college grad, even at the top of her class, would be in the running for Chief Legal of a football team with no experience. It’s a joke and I wish authors would at least TRY to make this believable.
- What trope isn’t in this? Enemies to lovers, former Navy SEAL (and my God, this storyline was unnecessary and ruined the story), billionaire, boss/employee, sports team, instalust…blah blah blah. It was too much.
- Their fight at the end and the way they made up? Hahahaha. He left his NFL job to go back as an independent contractor SEAL to save his friend because the US military couldn’t? But he could? Hahaha…what was this disaster of a storyline? It didn’t fit AT ALL!! And she was mad because he didn’t want her following to a DANGEROUS situation? She may have been one of the biggest idiots I’ve read about.
- Super pet peeve…the author says he’s flown to Pakistan to save his friend, and in the next sentence says if Dylan were hurt he’d “blow up the whole city”. Does the author know Pakistan is a full country? This is either very sloppy writing or ignorance…and I don’t like either one.
- Oh, and it’s one thing to be attractive…but you’d think they were both so fucking beyond attractive that everyone else just falls over at the sight of them. There isn’t a single person who doesn’t think she’s stunning, hits on her, falls at her feet…same with him. Puke.

This book needed a much better editor to scale down the storylines and someone to remove the immaturity…that would have helped immensely!
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

(3.5 stars)

Dylan is the last of the Honey Mountain-based Thomas sisters to remain unmarried. She’s also the most outspoken, unfiltered, brashly independent, and commitment averse of the siblings. Dylan is primed to obtain the job of her dreams in the city, working as corporate counsel for the NHL team, the Lions. As one of Dylan’s brothers-in-law is the team’s best player, and one of her sisters works for the team as a sports psychologist, Dylan seems a shoo-in to be hired.

Unfortunately, Dylan has an angry encounter at the gas station with the perpetually surly Former Navy Seal / billionaire, Wolf Wayburn, who just happens to be the son of the team’s current owner. He is also earmarked to replace his father in the position at the end of the year. Wolf finds Dylan rude, unprofessional, and too young for the position. He makes it clear to his father that he is against hiring her. Fortunately, a compromise is reached. Dylan will take the position for a probationary period of 90 days, with the final decision regarding her full time hiring belonging entirely to Wolf.

Did I forget to mention that during most of those 90 days, Wolf and Dylan will be expected to travel together across the country, meeting with prospective new team members and attempting to persuade them to join the Lions?

Initially, Dylan and Wolf are at one another’s throats, throughout their extended business trip. They snipe at one another, play tricks on each other, and make very workplace inappropriate jokes about one another’s private parts. But when it comes to the work, even Wolf has to admit that Dylan is excellent at her job. She is extremely ambitious, confident, charming with prospective players and agents, and well-versed in her craft.

And, of course, there’s the matter of the insane sexual tension between them . . .

Can Dylan and Wolf work (and eventually play) well together, without jeopardizing their team, or their shared firm stances on keeping all romantic relationships strictly casual?

Only Mine is a fun conclusion to the Honey Mountain small town romance series. Sure, the premise is a bit ridiculous. (A woman, basically fresh out of law school, with no paid job experience, getting hired as corporate counsel for one of the top hockey teams in the league?) Wolf and Dylan spend the first half of the novel behaving more like sniping teenagers than mature adults at the top of their field. And don’t get me started on the bizarre third-act conflict of the novel, which strangely shifts from small-town, enemies-to-lovers, billionaire workplace, romance to . . . an international, surprisingly violent, rescue and recovery mission . . . but only for one chapter?

However, if you suspend your disbelief, it can still be a good time! Particularly in the first half of the novel, Dylan’s and Wolf’s sexually tense antics are fun. The banter is fresh, witty and smart. And the pair truly do seem well-suited for each other (and possibly NO ONE else on the planet).

I appreciated that Dylan is quite a distinct heroine from her sweet, softhearted, family and relationship oriented, siblings whose love stories comprise the prior novels. She’s funny. She’s impulsive. She’s sex positive, and commitment phobic, in ways that are much more common for the heroes in these type of romance novels.

It is no surprise that Only Mine is the spiciest novel in this series. Dylan and Wolf may constantly be talking about how much they hate one another. But they sure don’t waste a large percentage of the novel, before they start taking things to the next level physically.

And the grovel / grand gesture at the end of the novel? Pure perfection!

Where the book lost me a bit was in the center portion of the novel, which definitely lagged a bit, once the couple got together. I would say for a good 100 or so pages, there wasn’t a lot of “plot” to Only Mine, nor did Wolf’s and Dylan’s relationship noticeably progress on an emotional or intellectual level. Instead, much time was focused on “slice of life” moments in Honey Mountain, LOTS of family dinners, and seemingly endless paragraphs spent “checking in” on various side characters from past and future novels, along with their respective loved ones. Given how relatively short this novel was, I was surprised at how many days it took me to finish. I suspect that its slow middle portion had a lot to do with this.

That said, overall, I enjoyed the Honey Mountain Series. I have no doubt that this will be far from the last novel I read by Laura Pavlov. In fact, I already have two more checked out on Kindle Unlimited!

What a nice way to wrap up this series. Really really loved this universe and its characters and these two are no exception! Dylan and Wolf were so freaking cute AND hot at the same time!! Like this book was even hotter than the first 4 books in the series, which I LOVED!!

Enemies to lovers, small town and workplace romance. We love to see it!

Amazing combination and incredible execution!! The banter was so freaking hilarious and also sexy at the same time if you ask me, the tension was so well written and the pining and attraction between these two?? Ugh so so good!!

I also ADORED the chemistry between these two! Compared to book one and this one here, the author has improved soooo much when it came to writing the characters relationship. It was just so enjoyable and made me truly fall in love with both main protagonists.

The only reason why this book doesn’t get a five star rating from me, is because the first 20% of the book, Dylan just kept talking on and on about Wolf’s dick and how she imagines how big it must be. Like I get that he’s hot and whatever but it was just a bit too annoying for me at times. Also a bit unnecessary if you ask me. I get that she was sexually attracted to him since the beginning but… I don’t need her talking about his dick THAT often iykwim lol.

Other than that I absolutely loved Dylan! She’s so cool and badass! The way she always had such amazing comebacks and was always able to hold her ground was so freaking cool! Loved her so so much and she was also a bit different from the other FMCs in this series which I liked. It was refreshing to read about her and through her POV.

Wolf is also so freaking hot. Holy… Was not prepared for him tbh lol. Like the way he defended Dylan from that disgusting dude?? And the way he missed her like all the time whenever she wasn’t near!! Also when he was too scared to confess his love and just said it while she was asleep?? Ugh my heartttt!! He was literally perfect!

I also loved how we got to see how the other couples are doing and how far they’ve come since their books ended. It was just a nice wrap up and I’m really going to miss this universe!

Overall, I absolutely devoured and adored this series! A definite reread in the future for sure!! Highly recommend it and the vibes were also so freaking nice!! Perfectly fitting for this season and weather :)

3.5 stars! Only Mine is the 5th, and final book in Laura Pavlov’s Honey Mountain series and I’ve been binging all of them on audio. This one is a small town, hate to love, workplace, forced proximity romance!

Dylan and Wolf first meet when he cuts her off at the gas station and they argue. They then see one another after and realize they’re going to be working together. Wolf is about to take over the family’s hockey team, he’s an ex-Navy SEAL, billionaire dressed like a devil in an Armani suit with an attitude! And Dylan is a badass lawyer who we have seen featured throughout the series and the last sister to get her HEA. Dylan and Wolf have allllll the hateful banter towards one another, they tell one another they hate each other probably just as much if not more than they admit they love one another. 😅 We get forced proximity with them working together, traveling together, and even living as neighbors for a bit!

“Now, you love me. Which means you’ll hate me again in another hour. It’s what we do. I’m not a man who gives my heart away, Dylan. And maybe that’s because it always belonged to you, even before I met you. But it’s yours. Love me. Hate me. It doesn’t matter. We belong together.”—Wolf

The heroine has a strong personality and while this wasn’t my fav book in the series, it was a fun one! I ended up binging this series on audio and they are an overall fun, low angst time. But I still do love the author’s Cottonwood Cove series so much more.

“I’m tired of fighting this.”
“I thought you loved to fight?”

5 fierce and passionate stars!

The final book in the Honey Mountain series, this is a sensationally fun and sexy enemies-to-lovers romance with blistering chemistry and banter and a gorgeously swoony love story. I loved it!

Dylan Thomas is the last of five sisters to have a book in this series. She is the loud one, the boisterous, confident, take-no-crap, say-it-like-it-is ballbuster, and she’s been hilarious as a side character in her sister’s stories. Finally getting the chance to get inside of her head and experience her love story was even better than I thought it would be.

As a newly graduated lawyer, Dylan has just scored a job with the local NHL team. It’s the job of a lifetime, but she immediately clashes with her new boss, Wolfgang Wayburn, soon to take over as owner of the team, and a grouchy, arrogant ex-SEAL who gives her 90 days to prove herself or else she’ll lose her job. They are quickly thrown into working very closely together, and it’s clear that their initial interactions are just the tip of the iceberg, these two hate each other, and they hold nothing back in sharing their feelings.

Of course, the man didn’t laugh in a normal way. It was this angry, dismissive laugh – and it pissed me off. “Could you stop with the arrogant laugh. Either laugh correctly or don’t laugh at all. It’s very condescending, and I don’t respond well to that.”

Everything about each other pisses them off, and it’s so entertaining watching them constantly bicker. Making it even better, Dylan is given the team’s apartment to live in – right next door to Wolf. Making it even better again… the more time they spend together, they develop a completely unwanted attraction that makes them even angrier at each other.

She wore no makeup and managed to be completely fucking gorgeous with zero effort. That shit pissed me off because I didn’t want to be attracted to her.

The man oozed BDE.
But he’d met his match.
Because we both had big dick energy.
And I would not back down, even if he was the sexiest man I’d ever laid eyes on.

It’s a fantastic set up absolutely sizzling with sexual tension, and it’s only a matter of time before all of that chemistry leads to the blisteringly hot encounter that we’ve been desperately waiting for.

“Stop fucking talking, Minx.” His face was so close to mine, his warm breath tickled my cheek as anger radiated from his body.
“Don’t tell me what to do, you pompous ass.” I shoved at his chest as he crowded my space.
“I’m your fucking boss,” he growled. His hand moved to my cheek, and he held it there.
… He used the pad of his thumb and traced along my bottom lip. “You’re so fucking aggravating. So far under my skin, I can’t fucking see straight.”

All of that hate translates into steamy and intense sexy time and Wolf and Dylan are on fire together! They continue to fight and antagonise each other, but in private they take out all of that anger on each other, and it’s absolutely sizzling!

The dirty talk. The banter. The arguing. The attraction.
The sex.
I’d never enjoyed hating someone so much.

The unexpected shift from enemies-with-benefits to more is natural and effortless. Things just organically change between them, and I loved watching them fall into something that neither of them wanted or expected. They just go with it, following their feelings and doing what feels right, and I loved every single moment of it!

I love Wolf and Dylan together so much! Their big, loud personalities work so well together, and they are so entertaining together. Funny, bold, confident and almost larger-than-life, everything between them is strong and intense, and it’s a joy to watch as they fall hard for each other.

“We love big. We fight hard. And we just work. I’m not certain about a lot of things in this life, but I’m certain about you. About us.”

But neither of them ever planned on feelings, and when life throws them a curveball, they’ll have to trust each other like never before to get their happy ending.

“I’m not a man who gives my heart away Dylan. And maybe that’s because it always belonged to you, even before I met you. But it’s yours. Love me. Hate me. It doesn’t matter. We belong together.”

This is such a gorgeous story. It’s fun, sexy, full of snark and fantastic banter, and a gorgeous love story that develops beautifully and naturally. Of course, Dylan’s sisters and their partners are all a bit part of the action, and Wolf’s family make a surprising and very welcome addition to the story. There are moments in this book that had me laughing out loud watching Dylan be Dylan around a whole new bunch of people. So much fun!

There’s an epilogue which finishes the story beautifully, and a bonus chapter available which provides great closure for all of the Thomas sisters. I’m so grateful that we’re getting a spin-off series featuring the girls’ cousins, so we’ll get to see a bit more of this crew yet. I’ve loved this series and am not quite ready to let it go just yet.

I loved this book so much - 5 stars!

"The dirty talk. The banter. The arguing. The attraction. The s*x. I'd never enjoyed hating someone so much." (I mean, same Dilly 😂)

I've been waiting for Dilly's story since book 1 and it did not disappoint! Here's what's in store:
- Workplace romance: impending hockey team owner and new chief legal
- Ex-SEAL billionaire hero (who's also grumpy and protective)
- Enemies to lovers ("I despised him as much as I craved him").
- Forced proximity as they travel, work and live side-by-side
- AMAZING banter
- Workplace spice
- Nicknames: Minx & big bad Wolf
- A ridiculously adorable grand gesture

Dilly and Wolf truly met their match in each other and it was so fun to see their relationship develop from enemies to something more to forever. I've always admired Dilly's confidence and only a man like Wolf could handle her sass and take-no-sh*t badass attitude. He gave it right back and when you add in a dash of overprotectiveness (much to Dilly's disgust), well, you can just imagine their chemistry 🔥.

But I also loved how Wolf was a safe space for Dilly to land after being independent for so long. He took care of her when she needed someone the most and broke down those emotional walls she'd erected around her heart.

Finally, while I will always have a soft spot for the Thomas family and Honey Mountain, I love that Wolf's family was a big part of Only Mine as well. His siblings were entertaining while his parents were so welcoming ❤️.

"I'm not a man who gives my heart away, Dylan. And maybe that's because it always belonged to you, even before I met you. But it's yours. Love me. Hate me. It doesn't matter. We belong together."

I'm definitely sad to say goodbye to this series, but that teaser at the end for what's to come for Laura Pavlov? 👀 Bring it on!

Thank you so much to Laura and Valentine PR for the early copy.

Only mine was a funny, unforgettable, sexy romance. Office romance between a blonde BADASS heroine and a former navy seal who is broody and moody and so SO HOT he could set the world on fire with just one stare and I would invite

This book served SUBLIME banter. Scorching hot scenes. Jealousy overload. Never-ending battle of the wills.
I only know one Thomas sister and it’s Dylan. Why did I have to start this series with the last one? Good question, I think it was the tropes. I’m just a sucker for an office romance, forced proximity, sunshine/grumpy (more the latter)… romance.

The big bad Wolf and his Minx are here to sweep you off your feet with their love story and let me tell you the Wolf? Harmless, and the Minx? Best thing that ever happened to him. She’s sarcastic and sunshine-y and he’s loyal and protective (when he is not grunting) but what sold me was the intensity of their love for their family and their way to always joke with each other… I was giggling the whole damn time.
Do yourselves a favor and read it pls.
Sweet, hilarious, hot… do I keep listing pros?

No cheating, no OW/OM drama (yay for me)

It’s always so bittersweet coming to an end of a loved series. The Honeymountain series has been one of my favs so far from Laura. And I wouldn’t say she saved the best for last, but definitely one of them!

Dylan’s story, like herself, was a blast! Her and Wolf, my goodness. How I loved them. They were fun from the very first moment. I loved their opposite of meet cute and it just got better from there. Their banter and their pranks had me laughing out loud. This was definitely Laura’s funniest book yet.

It was so fun to watch them fight their attraction to each other. I enjoyed every ‘I hate you’ that came from their lips but obviously meant something very different. Every time they hung out when they didn’t ‘need’ to. Every little moment.

I love how Wolf was there for Dylan, no questions asked. How they got along so well with each other’s families. How everyone else could see they were the real deal except them.

I honestly just adored these two. They were such a perfect match!! And I loved their story.

If you’re looking for a good laugh and a heartfelt story, pick this up immediately!

I’m gonna miss all these characters so much. But I loved the surprise at the end of the book, it might mean we’ll get to see this family again very soon.

This was cute!

I missed the family dynamics that filled the other four books, though. Since this was set in the city, we only got glimpses at Dylan’s family. I wanted a little more in that department.

Wolf and Dylan had amazing banter and thick tension, which made me not want to turn this audiobook off. I loved their back-and-forth, and I’m glad that it didn’t stop after they fell in love. It kept their relationship fun.

This series is definitely a little cheesier than Into the Tide, which is Hugh’s book. However, this was still fun, and I’m glad I finally read this!

What a perfect finale to this heartfelt and endearing series! I can’t believe we’re already at the end of the Honey Mountain journey, and while this is certainly a bittersweet farewell since I adore this world and these charming ladies. As always, Pavlov brings all the swoony and heartfelt feelings with amble spice and banter, and we finally have the much awaited story of the sassiest sister of all. My heart is so full for this entire series, but Only Mine may be my favorite of all!

Dylan has been SERVING hilarity this entire aries, so I knew her book would be a riot, and holy moly I was not disappointed. She’s a blast- fierce, firey, sassy and so very brazen. She’s the sister with ALL of the attitude and zero F’s to give. But what I loved most of all is getting underneath her witty exterior into the big beating heart of this lovable heroine. Laura gives her layers of complexity that only endeared her to me more and more. Like this whole entire brood, she’s got a big and genuine loving heart. I’m so glad she’ finally got her HEA.

And WOlf is just delicious- the chemistry between these two has so much energy. With Dylan I knew the banter would be fantastic, and holy moly the zingers and sizzle between these two is so entertaining. It takes a special guy to not try to tame Dylan but to love her for all her edges- her fire AND her heart, and Wolf is perfect for her. From the first bombastic meet cute to their more tender moments, I fell in love with their special relationship. From the humor to the heat, each moment was magical between them.

I’m so sad to say goodbye to this world I adore, but I can’t wait to see what Laura cooks up next. I can’t get enough of her sweet and sexy feel-good romances- all the swoons, all the smiles, all the butterflies.

I loved seeing Dylan finally get her HEA! She was always the ballsy, never gonna settle down type, but the way it went down was perfect!! Also, once again, Laura has set up the perfect introduction to her next series, and I can't wait to read Hugh's story!!

I Dnf at 70% and would’ve quit way earlier but I was out of reception and had nothing else downloaded. First and foremost. If anyone grabs a dudes dick without his consent, it’s sexual assault. Full stop. Then for the FMC to joke about it with her sisters?!? Disgusting. Second of all, I have literally never read more unbearable characters in my life. They truly deserve each other, seeing as how they are both the most selfish, immature, unprofessional people I have ever have the misfortune to read about. The plot absolutely just wanders through nowhere. The writing is absolutely horrendous. What on earth is with the repeating “jokes”? If I never have to read another horrible euphemism for vagina or “big bad wolf” joke, it’ll be too soon. And holy nepotism, “chief legal” of a professional sports team, right out of law school? I am honestly blown away at how it’s possible this train wreck of a book is rated so highly.

I knew I would be obsessed with Dylan’s book!!

Dylan just started a new job with the NHL team that her brother in law is a player for. She’s a fresh lawyer, who will be working under Wolfgang Wayburn. There first time meeting was at a gas station where she told him off for almost hitting her car lol. He is an ex Navy SEAL, looking to take over the San Francisco Lions after his father. Dylan and Wolf have to work very closely, and she is kinda insane, fun, and extremely outgoing. All of which traits that annoy Wolf lol. She holds her own against the broody billionaire, and does not back down from a challenge.

They were so fun!!! The tension was high but playful. I absolutely loved how she brought out a different side of him. He acted like he could not stand her and said he hated her, but when he went home to the apartment right next door to hers, he had to take cold showers👀 Dylan is my fav Thomas sister. She’s the one who holds emotions in to be strong for her sisters. I loved seeing her guard come down with Wolf so much. The chemistry was so hot, and their banter made me laugh out loud. Please read this!!

“I promise to hate you too. But I’ll always love you more.”

STOP IT. LAURA. FREAKING. PAVLOV. ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THIS BOOK?!?

I laughed, I cried, I swooned. there were times I felt like I was fanning myself more than I would have if I were sitting at the center of the earth bc this was SO. HOT. 🥵

the chemistry and banter between Dylan and Wolf was some of the best I’ve ever read. the combination of Dylan’s inability to always say exactly what’s on her mind and Wolf’s silent broodiness to irritate the shit out of her was EVERYTHING. the slow burn of these two people fighting their feelings for each other had me giggling like a damn schoolgirl.

Wolf has absolutely landed his way into my top boyfriends list bc that shower scene had me in SHAMBLES. real life men will just never compete after reading that. 🖤

absolutely hands down one of my favorite reads of the year. and what a way to end the series, but I am SO EXCITED to see what happens in Cottonwood Cove!!

thank you so much to the author and Valentine PR for an early copy of this book in exchange for an honest review!

Ah! The story I have been waiting for since this entire series has started. It is now here, it did not disappoint, and now I am sad to say goodbye to a wonderful book universe.

Dylan is the last Thomas daughter standing. All of her four sisters have fallen for their respective soulmates, and the family's lone wolf is wishing it isn't contagious. That should not be a problem because the only man in her life is her "boss," and she cannot stand him.

Wolf Wayburn is being groomed to inherit his family's hockey team. The former Navy SEAL is getting up to speed when his father assigns him to work with their new legal chief. The new team lawyer is sassy and is fierce and gets on his last nerve. For someone whom he cannot stand, how come he cannot get her out of his head?

Dylan's story was so worth the wait. Her connection with Wolf was fire from their meet-cute until the words The End. I live for workplace enemies-to-lovers, and Laura Pavlov brought it with the final installment of the Honey Mountain series. Two words, my fellow spicy romance lovers: Shower. Scene.

I also love the exploration of these two people who feel like they never quite fit in with their two loving and adorable families. Lone wolves not only found company in each other, but they also come to understand that despite differences, family shows up.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading about the characters in previous books, but Pavlov does a great job of providing enough background that this can be read as a standalone. If you are considering going back to the beginning, though, I highly recommend it.

It is hard to say goodbye to this series, but I am so glad that this story was saved for last.

** I am voluntarily reviewing an advance copy of this book. Thank you to Laura Pavlov and Valentine PR and Literary Management for providing an ARC. **

The only reason why I gave this romance a 4 star rating is mainly due to the heroine. She was too caustic for me as a reader to fully enjoy her character as I prefer a much softer heroine.Other readers may enjoy her type of character so it's a case of" it's me,not you".
The hero I liked as he was the perfect match for the heroine, and they played off of each other well.
This is the last book in this series of the Thomas sisters finding their loves, and from Honey Mountain, we go to Cottonwood Cove to see another side of this family.

Miss Laura, you just gave our Dilly girl the absolute best possible storyline she could have, I loved every single thing about it.

Dylan, what a hard a*s lady she is! This lady has such a strong character and is scared of nothing or no one. She gives everything she does 110% and will settle for nothing but the same in return. She loves her family fiercely and will do absolutely anything for every single one of them.

Wolf, now let me tell you that this man is perfection, he’s a moody stroppy guy to a lot of people, but if you are in his close circle he will treat you with so much kindness and he will do anything for you. He has an absolute heart of gold and loves his family hard.

Now put these two together and there are definitely some sparks, both of these people are strong very independent characters but what happens when they are together is they bring vulnerability to the table. These two have chemistry by the bucket load, and they are so passionate in everything they do together, be that fighting or loving.

This storyline was just brilliant, it was everything Dylan needed to get her story out. I adored every single page and just devoured it. I loved that we got to see all the sisters and their husbands/boyfriends and I loved how much time we saw their dad too, I just love their relationship, it’s so heartwarming. I enjoyed the setting going between where she now lives and of course Honey Mountain, I especially loved that it was winter, it just sounded beautiful.

I really enjoyed the glimpse into Cotton cove and getting to meet Hugh, and I’m now even more excited for Laura’s next new series. I really hope we still see glimpses of these girls there.

Brilliant book, definitely recommend you pick this up.

Sexy but superficial

Everybody's been loving this one, but... I was disappointed. This series has become very popular, so I took my time waiting for the right tropes before checking out this new-to-me author. It should've been a perfect fit - there's tons of banter, sizzling chemistry, plenty of bickering, a firecracker of a heroine, and a hero who is in over his head. But it just felt so sexual and superficial to me; they snipe and bicker, try to one up each other, and every other thought in their heads is of the sexual variety. It's completely inappropriate for a boss/employee situation - especially for a heroine who is a lawyer and 100% knows better - and some of those issues are never resolved. It lost me completely once they began hate banging and STILL denied any kind of feelings/relationship very late in the book. So all of the ingredients for a great read were here, but they didn't come together in a satisfying way for me.

The story follows Dylan, a woman who is excited to have just gotten her dream job - being the head lawyer of a sports team. But when she discovers that she needs to impress the future owner of the team, Wolf, Dylan is dismayed to realize that it's the man she despised at first sight. There's something about Wolf that gets under Dylan's skin, and Wolf feels the same way. So spending time working together causes all kinds of friction - sexual and otherwise. It's not long before Dylan and Wolf are crossing lines they shouldn't, but it seems impossible to stay away. It's a concerning situation for two commitment-phobic individuals who absolutely know better, but everything will be fine once they relieve the tension... right?

I've heard so many good things about this series, and the blurb seemed right up my alley. And there ARE a lot of very good things about this. Pavlov writes great banter, and the chemistry between these two was instantaneous. I loved that they were both in over their heads, and the instant enemies vibes were working. But it all felt so hollow, like it was all about the attraction. It's not long at all before they are behaving inappropriately, and much of the sparring was mean-spirited. They also both (attempt to) seek out others while fighting their feelings, even though this had major instalove vibes. Sort of instalove that they refuse to acknowledge, if you know what I mean. I wanted to see more of an emotional connection, more moments of actual bonding. That all comes very late in the story, and we're just CONSTANTLY reminded that things are temporary. That neither one has any intention of sticking around. I don't know, maybe I just built this up in my head too much - there was a lot that bugged me. Would I try another book by Pavlov? Yeah, because the potential was certainly there.

"I'd never enjoyed hating someone so much."

What an epic conclusion to the Honey Mountain series! Only Mine is so much fun and such a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed every single minute of this book. Ever since reading Simply Mine, I have been waiting for Dylan's story, and boy, it DID NOT disappoint!

The two leads are absolutely fantastic and I was rooting for them to be together from page one. Dylan has a sharp tongue and is a total bad ass. Not being caught up in fairytales, she can take care of herself and she's proud of that. I seriously want to be best friends with her.

Wolf is the perfect match for Dylan in every way. A retired Navy SEAL, he won't take no for an answer and doesn't back down when Dylan stands up to him. His loyalty and protective streak over those he cares about was ultra sexy. Even though he doesn't want to be tied down, I loved how vocal, open, and vulnerable he was throughout the relationship.

Dylan and Wolf have the most epic and hilarious meet cute, which leads to all the yummy things I love in a solid romance - forced proximity, enemies to lovers, workplace, and total "I hate you" vibes, with a side of hockey. While the pair fight their attractive until halfway through, as soon as they give in, the chemistry is explosive. Their banter is hilarious. I was cackling at how funny they are ribbing each other with pranks and comebacks. They both have my kind of humor.

I loved getting a glimpse of all the other couples from the series and the addition of Wolf's family was utter perfection. I flew through this book, reading it in just one sitting, that's how much I loved it. While I've only read the previous book, I can't wait to go back and read books 1-3, because I have now fallen in love with the whole Thomas clan!

Only Mine publishes December 15. A special thanks to Valentine PR for the advanced copy of the book.

ugh I cant believe that this is the last book in this series. this series has completely taken over my heart. I love Honey Mountain and the Thomas family. Dylan is the most outspoken of the Thomas girls, and she is determined more than ever to make a good impression and get this job at the San Francisco Lions Hockey franchise. but on her way to the finally interview with the CEOs son she has a run in with this grumpy man at the gas station. not off to a good start, but then it turns out that he is the son that she is supposed to meet. a big bad and grumpy Wolf. this is one of the best enemies to lovers books that I have ever read. I loved their banter and the tension between them is so freaking good. I could not put the book down. I loved everything about this, I loved how much Dylan and Wolf both grew. and I loved being able to see the many layers be revealed for each of them. It made me so happy that they each were able to find each other and show that vulnerable side to someone. They both love their families fiercely and it really shows. the ending had me in tears and also my heart was swooning. ALL the love for this book. and for the whole series. I LOVE Honey Mountain and this whole family <3

Oooh what to do with the big, bad Wolf? Well obviously, you hate him first so you can fall hopelessly in love with him.

Dylan and Wolf are the poster children for enemies to lovers couple. They do not start on a good note that's for sure. He's broody, opinionated and doesn't have time for foolishness. But Dylan is his match in every aspect of the game. She is strong, smart, funny and knows what she wants.

They get on each other’s nerves, while they’re obligated to send time together in preparation for his taking over the team and her becoming their chef of legal team. But the more time they spend together, the more they can’t seem to stop falling for each other. Their whole relationship is filled with funny banter, the need to protect the ones they love and chemistry so explosive my kindle wanted to catch fire. This story had me laughing out loud but also shedding a few tears because I know how much it cost her not being able to help him and be open and vulnerable at the same time.

I knew Dylan was fierce and she is by far my favorite Thomas sister. Now the only thing I’d like to add to this series would be to see their dad find someone to love him, because that man is a saint with putting up with all 5 of his girls.

This series was my first books by Laura Pavlov and she is definitely turned to be my one-click author.

description

Only Mine by Laura Pavlov is the last book in the Honey Mountain series. I couldn't wait to read Dylan's story because she has been such a standout character in the series, and I had huge expectations. I'm thrilled to report that Only Mine surpassed my expectations. Dylan met her match when she finally came to terms with her feelings for her "enemy" co-worker, Wolf. That's all I will say because I want you to experience Dylan and Wolf for yourself. This hate-to-love-you workplace romance is five star Kindle Crack.

I knew writing this review would be bittersweet since this is the final book in the series. I've said it before, but it bears repeating, this series is truly small-town romance lovers gold!

The Honey Mountain series of interconnected standalones can be read individually, but I recommend reading them all to appreciate the sisters' relationships.

I'm thrilled that Laura is working on a spin-off series featuring Thomas' sister's cousin! I'm excited to read Into the Tide (Cottonwood Cove) when it releases in March 2023.
