Circuit Judge Appointment: Hassan Khan
The Queen has appointed Hassan Khan to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Wood Green Crown Court with effect from 2 November 2021.
Background Information
Hassan Khan, aged 45, will be known as His Honour Judge Hassan Khan. He was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1999. He was appointed as Legal Chair for the Medical Practitioners’ Tribunal Service in 2017.
