Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots estimated at combined half billion dollars this week

Time is running out to buy a ticket for the next Mega Millions and Powerball drawings. The combined winnings is estimated at over half-a-billion dollars. 

The next Powerball drawing, which takes place at 10:59 p.m. Monday, is estimated at $332 million, or $240 million cash value.

The winning numbers from Saturday's Powerball drawing: 12, 22, 26, 46, 59. The Powerball was 26 and the Power Play is 2x. 

The next Mega Millions drawing is on Tuesday at 11 p.m. The jackpot is estimated at $306 million, or $221 million cash value. 

Nobody won Friday's Mega Millions jackpot drawing, which was estimated at $288 million. The winning numbers from Friday's drawing: 1, 10, 44, 47, 56. The Mega Ball was 23, and the Megaplier was 3x.

Three winners matched five numbers from Friday's drawing. Each will receive $1 million.

This year has seen some unprecedented lottery prizes. In May, a singular ticket took home $515 million from the Mega Millions jackpot drawing, the third jackpot winner this year. In January, a group from Michigan won a $1.55 billion jackpot, which set the record as the second-highest jackpot in this history of Mega Millions.
