Will this growly protector break her book-loving heart . . . or become her second chance at love?

Savanna Vasquez lost her Navy SEAL husband years ago to terrorists, and she doesn’t think she’s capable of falling in love again. So, she busies herself by running her café and buries her face in the pages of fiction for a romantic escape.

But when her late husband’s brother finds his way into her life, bringing a world of danger with him, Savanna is protected by a group of tough former Army guys. She feels like she’s inside one of her favorite novels, but she’s not so sure if her happily-ever-after will be guaranteed, especially when she finds herself alone with one of the dangerously handsome Delta operators.

After twenty years of serving his country in the Army, Griffin Andrews now works for an elite security team. When he’s sent on a mission to protect a friend of the firm, he never expects to meet a woman who will bring his dead heart back to life.

In Griffin’s eyes, Savanna’s still married, even if only in her heart—which means she’s off-limits. Forget the fact she’s also his assignment. With her being hunted by an unknown number of threats, he needs to focus on her safety and not the way she feels in his arms.

Griffin’s resolve begins to slip the more time they spend together and his self-control snaps. The unexplainable connection between them has them both wondering if maybe they were brought together for another reason.

And as Griffin does everything in his power to save Savanna, he discovers there’s a chance she just might save him too.

From Wall Street Journal bestselling author, Brittney Sahin, comes a thrilling new series, full of sizzle and suspense. The Falcon Falls Security team will take you on exciting adventures around the globe as the heroes fall in love in these standalone romance military novels.

I have a major book hangover from this masterpiece! You might think you know what’s going to happen with Brittney’s Falcon Falls Security series, well...think again! The twist and turns kept you guessing throughout the book.

Savanna Vasquez , Marcus’ widow, is a romantic at heart and is still mourning the love of her life. Savanna is also being hunted. A.J. asks Carter and Grey and their new Security company to watch over her.

Griffin Andrews, is a former Army vet who works for them. He has no use for romance and doesn’t believe it is for him. He is tasked at keeping her safe.

Let me tell you, the flames are high with these two! The sparks start flying right from the first time their eyes lock! Oh, my!!!! Their love story is flaming hot from the start and never cools down!

The mystery and action is soo fast past, I was at the edge of my seat while reading! I would shout, tear up, and cheer throughout the book.
This is a GREAT start to the Falcon Falls Security series. Meeting the team and seeing how they find their place in the company and with each other is awesome! We learn bits and pieces about each man throughout the book. I look forward to reading about the rest of the team.

Reread 22/1/2022 - 4.5 stars

Had to brush up on past drama because the author hit publish early and I needed to prepare myself by the time the next book goes live on kindle. Since the paperback for The Broken One is live now, I'm hoping the ebook is available pretty soon🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Read 31/10/2021 - 4.5 stars

This review probably won't have much structure and is basically going to be all over the place. Because I F-ING LOVE THIS BOOK AND WILL NEVER GET OVER IT.

People who've been with the entire Stealth Ops series or even AJ and Ana's book know how Savanna is and how her future seemed bleak with Marcus passing away. And how dear she is to every man on Marcus' team, especially AJ. I'm so glad she finally got her HEA. So damn glad.

It's very tough to perfectly execute the dead-ex trope. I, myself don't go for these books because why would I want that pain and someone who will always be second best? So when Brittney Sahin does this trope in a way that doesn't feel like a consolation prize, you know she's good.

Let's talk about Savanna. I love this woman. She has had to face the loss of her husband in the worst way possible. While she's genuinely caring, forgiving and kind, she is also feisty, smart and sexy. Doesn't lack a backbone but is also reasonable. All romance lovers will adore her because she loves her HEAs and romance novels just as much as us.
"Dirty handprints on my windows- that's one thing, but manhandle my romance novels and you're looking for a fight"

"Fictional boyfriends were where it was for now"
Same, girl, same.

Savanna was not only able to keep up with all the testosterone-fueled men, but she also gave valuable inputs. She didn't throw bitch-fits or act entitled.

Griffin *swoon*. My growly Griffin. My man has arm porn in spades! This man was sex personified. But he's not a dick. I liked his thought process and how honourable he was. He was a good operator as well. There was one time that I wanted to hit him on his head but his reasons seemed valid from his viewpoint.
The chemistry. The fucking CHEMISTRY Savanna and Griffin had, was wild. Seriously. The sexual tension and chemistry between these two was so palpable, I was afraid my Kindle was going to spontaneously combust. Ever since they first saw each other, there was a thread of connection neither could deny. And I as a reader could feel that.
"Relaxing isn't the word I would use to describe sex"

"He wanted to eat her right the fuck up, starting right between her thighs"
Umm, did I also mention how I had to take breaks while reading this book?

I loved jealous and possessive Griffin. That was fun to watch. I also loved how he made Savanna feel.
She just wanted to be here in the moment with this man. A man that made her feel like he was a book boyfriend come to life."

Griff had major trust issues because of something that happened many years back. I'm glad that the author didn't just gloss over those issues and make them go, Poof! Because there's no way something that has been deep-rooted in your psyche for two decades is just going to disappear, at least not in real life. What Sav had with Marcus was never disregarded and none of the MCs made little of it.

It was soooo good seeing so many of the old guys back. I wanted to see AJ and Ana together and see what they were upto. When Emilia was mentioned I squealed with joy!!. I wanted to see so much more of her and Sean and catch up with them :(
I just know Carter's book is going to be an emotional ride. I'm excited to watch Gray and a certain someone to try and get along. But more importantly can't wait for Jesse to finally get his head out of his ass!!

I took a long time to finish this book. I read almost each chapter twice because I didn't want this book to get over. Oh and also because the smut was fricking hot.
If you've been waiting for Savanna to finally get her well deserved HEA, you'll love this book. Because this emotional rollercoaster definitely got me in the feelz.

"I felt stuck on the same page for the longest time...and then a stranger came into my life and called me Sugar." She closed her eyes. "And the page turned."

The Hunted One, is the first in Brittney Sahin’s new Falcon Falls Security series and boy, does it not disappoint.

If you are a fan of Brittney’s Stealth Ops series (and if you’ve not read these books… do yourself a favour and do so!) then you already know Marcus’s widow, Savanna and a bit of her backstory.

After an attempted kidnapping, Savanna’s safety is entrusted to the newly formed Falcon Falls Security and particularly, Griffin Andrews’s care.

From their first meet, Savanna and Griffin’s chemistry jumps off the pages and grabs you. Griffin’s growly possessiveness puts the A in Alpha. But Savanna’s spunk and sass keeps him on his toes. These two are fire!!

The story is exciting, fast paced and woven so tight it’s impossible not to get caught up in the thrill.

This first story also sets the stage for future books in the series, introducing us to new characters as well as reintroducing us to some familiar faces.

The Hunted One reads extremely well as a standalone but to get the full crossover effect, reading the Stealth Ops series is recommended.

Loved this story and cannot wait for the second instalment.

The reviews for this book were excellent. All 5* every single one of them.
But then came this line…

“Well, don’t expect me to trade orgasms for protection.”

She’s in a room with eight men when she says this. Some she’s meeting for the first time.

Cringy is not a quality I look for in a book. So now I had a decision to make continue or quit?

I decided to continue on.

This is one of those reviews that’s hard to write. This wasn’t a bad book, far from it in fact it’s a solid 3* read. For the most part Savanna was a good strong female character. But then occasionally she’d open her mouth and really cringy stuff would come out. On top of that is the fact that she’s permanently horny. I mean her life’s in danger and all she seems to think about is sex. Nice distraction if you can do it I suppose.

Anyway I’m glad I stuck it out and I’m intrigued by Jesse. Really intrigued to the point I’m thinking of reading his book when it’s out next year. However this didn’t win me over enough for me to go back and read the crossover series’s.

2.0 frustratingly underwhelming stars. My bad, grabbed this one for the hot guy cover plus a reader friend 5 starred it. I'm thinking why not? Let me tell you why not. There were so many characters right off the bat it was difficult to keep track of who was who and what they did. Finally gave up and would figure it out as I went along, after a while I just didn't care. What you don't find out until after the story ends is this is a crossover story from other series. Would've been nice had that been mentioned in the book blurb and I would've passed.

Now for the 2 main characters, Savanna and Griffin. OMG!!! She's still teary over her deceased husband/Marcus killed while in the military. Griffin is special ops. Savanna is weepy from one minute to the next because she misses her husband and will never remarry while intermittently wanting to screw Griffins brains out. This goes on thru the whole story. (Serious eye roll). Griffin is a one nightstand kinda guy, knows her husband's story, puts the major moves on her, then pulls back. Another constant back and forth. He wants her, he shouldn't, UGH! I wanted to smack these two. Even after they do the deed, they both still do the back and forth, her crying over Marcus, lusting over Griffin. Him screwing her and pushing her away. Got real old real fast. The special ops situation here was overly convoluted, but again possibly some of these players entering late in the story were from another series. Didn't care by this point and started skimming wanting this over with.

I'm baffled by the number of 5 star ratings here. I just don't get it, but that's on me, took a chance and struck out with this one. Better luck next read.

Savanna, briefly introduced earlier in the Stealth Ops series, is one of the most relatable female characters written. Tragically widowed years earlier, Savanna is in a financial bind and living through the characters in romance novels when she unexpectedly ends up smack in the middle of an attempted kidnapping. Turns out, her late husband's brother is somehow involved, yikes. Talk about an awkward family reunion.

After watching his parents' relationship meet its demise, Griffin is all about casual. Forever a bachelor. He meets Savanna, when his team is assigned to protect her. With just one look, a little bit of sugary flour on her cheek, Griffin's head is spinning. He knows she's off limits, but will he be able to keep his hands to himself?

The Hunted One is a detail oriented, action packed, page turning, emotional masterpiece that will leave you all in your feelings. 12/10 recommend.

This book is A-FREAKING-MAZING!! I had the biggest book hangover after reading this book and if I could give this book more than 5 stars, I most definitely would.

The Hunted One is the first book in the new Falcon Falls Security series. You get introduced to new characters and get reacquainted with old characters from other books in the author’s backlist. Even though this book is the first in the series and can be read as a standalone, I highly encourage you to read the Stealth Ops series first. If you can’t wait to read all 10 books before this one, I would at least read Chasing Daylight and Chasing Fortune (Book 6 and 7 in the Stealth Ops series) so you will be familiar with the characters in this book.

This book tells the story of how Savanna Vasquez and Griffin Andrews fell in love in the midst of a dangerous op that involves a relative of hers. Savanna Vasquez lost her husband, Marcus, years ago and is still grieving the loss of him and the life they would have had if his life wasn’t stolen from him. Thinking she will never find another great love again, she is lives vicariously through the pages of romance novels, running the cafe of her dreams, and being around the ones that she loves. Griffin Andrews is a member of an elite security firm made up of former Army soldiers, including his best friend. His past has made him the forever single guy and the one who never gives love a second thought until he met Savanna. When Savanna is in need of protection, Griffin and his team are the ones for the job and work with her and her friends in figuring out why danger literally ended up at her front door and wonder if everything does happen for a reason or if someone had a hand in placing them in each other’s lives.

Savanna and Griffin’s relationship is ridiculously hot and spicy! I mean the man is s3x on a stick and drool worthy just to look at (if you haven’t seen the muse for Griffin go to the FB page and find his picture). She is gor-geous, sassy, and so down to earth you just wish that she had an 11th toe or something. Lol. When the two of them finally get together, its like fireworks and so deliciously spicy and steamy.

This book took me on a roller coaster of emotions. I laughed, cried, got angry, got jealous, had my heart broken and put back together again, swooned, and so many more. The twists and suspense in this book will make you say oh ship, on the edge of seat, and deem Brittney a genius for writing this phenomenal book! I had the hardest time putting this book down because I just had to find out what next twist or what snarky comment Savanna might say to make Griffin all growly. I do have to say that you might need to have your tissue box handy because this book will have you tearing up. I don’t want to give anything away, but this book beautifully honored the memory and the man that Marcus Vasquez was.

I saw those Easter eggs in the book and O.M.G I can’t wait for the other books in the series to come out!!! Is it too early for Teaser Tuesdays for the next book in the series???!!!!

I have only read one book in this series and I am already in love. Give me the promise of a sweet and spicy story of how brooding alpha males fall in love with beautiful women in the face of danger and have Brittney write it and that is all I need to one click and be hooked for life. I am so lucky to have found her books when I did and I can’t get enough of them and the characters in them. She is hands down one of my favorite authors.

I highly recommend this book and all the books in Brittney’s backlist (The Dublin Nights series, Hidden Truths series, Stealth Ops series, and a few more) This book isn’t available for a pre-order so mark your calendars to buy this book on all platforms on October 21st!!

I don't even know where to start on this review...this is a good thing
The chemistry in this book is level 20 burn the building down HOT
I have major book hangover from this book as well, I will defiantly be doing rereads!
Savanna; Marcus's widowed wife she reads romance novels to get through her day, she has her shop she loves baking to connect with her grandmother and she has her over protective friends and brothers.
Griffin; ex Ranger, works for new Security Firm, here to protect Savanna but right when he sees her his world is blown up, all he has ever done is sleep with women and move on but will Savanna change that?
Will they be able to resist each other, will Griffin have to live in Marcus's shadow?
What a read to almost end 2021, one of my top Favs now Brittney has written!

Much like the military men she writes about, Brittney Sahin never leaves a man, or in this case a woman, behind. For years we’ve been waiting for Savanna’s story, and it’s finally, beautifully, heart-stoppingly here. In the first installment of her “Falcon Falls Security” series, Sahin brings Savanna’s story front and center and gives her the HEA every reader has been anxious for. Of course, it’s not an easy road, and readers will be grateful for that as it gives the author’s talent a chance to truly shine. Packed with intense emotional interactions, plot twists and turns, familiar and new characters, and exhilarating suspense, The Hunted One definitely does not disappoint. Sassy Savanna and Growly Griffin go through so much to earn their well-deserved HEA, and I appreciate the way Sahin honors Marcus throughout the story, even along their journey to their new forever. The chemistry between Savanna and Griffin is absolutely electric. I’ve read everything Brittney Sahin has written and she just keeps pulling out all the stops for her storylines and characters. As amazing as all of her books are, this book blew my ever-loving mind.

I was worried that after the other series ended, there wouldn’t be anything new Brittney wrote but not only did she keep going, she killed it. Savanna and Griffin are both mentioned in previous books but their chemistry is amazing. I feel like savanna is such a relatable character (especially for those of us who love romance novels) and it’s so amazing to see her have her own story after the tragic loss of Marcus. It’s also cool because this book gives you more insight into Marcus who has only been mentioned here and there previously.

Everyone Needs to Read This Book!
Review to follow, when I can put words together that will not give anything away!

ETA: It took a few days and more than one draft to get this review right!

In a new series with a new team, we are sucked in again by this author's story of intrigue. We start in Alabama but move to foreign locals to find answers. In between the bullets and mystery, a budding romance between two who never thought they would be here. Is it time to write a new chapter? Savanna is not a stranger to us, as she is Marcus’s widow and mentioned in past books. Griffin is a member of the team protecting her, but the attraction between the two is immediate.
It is the details that keep you reading. The characters are well written with their non-stop effort to get to the truth. With some suspense, a twist or two, and plenty of romance, I am excited about reading the next book.

Thank you to the author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.

The Hunted One is the first book of the new Falcon Falls Security series.

Savanna Vasquez was introduced in the Stealth Ops series as Marcus's widow. Embroiled in a conspiracy that involves her late husband's brother. Financially struggling and a hopeless romantic, who would want to hurt her? Enter Griffin's team to the rescue.

Griffin is all about casual, no serious commitment especially with a married woman. in his eyes, Savanna is still married and off limits. Fearful of history repeating itself, he tried hard not to fall for the woman who loves to read romance novels and loves to bake cookies and biscuits. That's what he thinks, but fate likes to intervene.

The Hunted One will take you in a wild adventure so buckle up! This story is a rollercoaster of emotions. The poignant reminder of Marcus's death, a child's experience in watching the breaking of the strongest man. Too many connections that has been predetermined even before their encounter. This book is action packed and full of humor, but the best part is that it's about letting go and opening your heart again. Brittney's ability to stir your emotions while giving you an adrenaline rush is becoming one of my favorite combinations.

I highly recommend this book, especially to Brittney Sahin fans.

What a phenomenal start to this new series! Savanna and Griffin’s story takes hold on the first page and won’t let you stop till the very end. Savanna is Marcus’s widow and is trying to build a new life for herself. Griffin is still dealing with blowback from when his parents divorced years ago, relationships aren’t for him! When danger comes Savanna’s way he can’t help himself from being the one to protect her. How they work through everything to come out the other side is one fantastic read! Loved it!

This author can really spin a story. She manages to invoke so much emotion, at the same time leading you on an adventure filled with action. Her series all seem to lap over in some way, so you get to know the characters like they are old friends. Her books are the ones you can’t put down, and you feel the emotional tug of them long after you finish them. She has become one of those automatic book buy authors for me, I love her stories so much.

Wow. Just wow.

I was extremely sad when the Stealth Ops series ended. It felt like a massive chapter had been closed and nothing to could fill that gap. But boy was I wrong.

The Hunted One introduces us to so many new players and brings back a ton of our favorites. Griffin and Savanna are quite the pair. Savanna was a side character in the Stealth Ops series but became the main character in her own romance novel. And Griffin...let's just say that he doesn't disappoint. The heartache the characters have gone through to find each other makes the book such a heartwarming intro to a new series.

Congratulations Brittney! You went from one fantastic series that had so many of us hooked to a brand new one that reels your readers right back into the fold. I can't wait to read the next one!

What a great book! Brittney Sahin has done it again. I love Savannah and Griffin and their journey to finally being together. I can't wait to see what is next in the Falcon Falls Series.

Every time Brittney writes a new book, I find myself with a book hangover. I swear her books just get better and better!

This new series is going to be so good. I love that she has characters from Stealth Ops show up, but that she has introduced a bunch of new ones for us to get to know. Especially Griffin. He is definitely an alpha male who I absolutely loved. I am glad that Savanna got her second happily ever after, and with someone who understands how much she loved Marcus, but realizes she can love him too.

"And then a stranger came into my life and called me Sugar." She closed her eyes. "And the page turned."

This book has all the suspense and romance. My two favorite things together. Griffin helps show Savanna she can find love again, and with someone different from Marcus. He makes her feel again, and she needed that. He had his own issues to work through, and it was good watching him grow. I will definitely be rereading this one again soon.

I can't say enough good things about the way this series started out. Brittney wrote herself a hit and launched us into a new series in a perfect way. Bringing in some cross-over characters from Stealth Ops (Savanna and our "grouchy, Southern sniper" from Chasing Shadows who we find out is Griffin). Their chemistry is phenomenal from the moment they meet. This book can be read as a standalone, but we're first introduced in Stealth Ops series.

So, Savanna's story is a heartbreaking one, having lost her husband to the military and even watching his death live on TV. She has a lot of hurt and angst about it, never truly feeling like her story had a chance to begin. Along comes a very growly man when she's faced with a potential "hit" on her head. She has no idea why some men showed up at her door, but Griffin is the man for the job... and potentially to restore her life story and heart. The intensity between these two, trying to fight feelings while Savanna still grieves the loss of her husband and you know, he's supposed to be watching over her, makes the chemistry they create that much more smoldering. I personally will never bake biscuits again without blushing. Or see my husband change oil in a car again. Or even go swimming. Yeah. I don't recommend reading this book at work if you aren't wearing a mask to hide the blush!

I loved the Southern charm of the story and how their personalities just leapt from the pages. I never felt the story line was forced and you aren't getting a completely unbelievable plot, either. Fantastic all around. Bravo, Brittney. Thank you for letting me be a part of your dreams by being on the ARC team.

There is only so much hotness a book can contain; and then you have a Brittney Sahin book.
The Hunted One is her new series that is a spin off from her Stealth Ops series. And while yes it can be read from here, my suggestion is start from the very beginning. Don't worry you won't be disappointed!
The Hunted One is the story of Griffin and Savanna. Savanna we have already met because her 1st husband was killed by terrorists. But he was part of the "original" Stealth Ops series guys. Now it's time for her to find love again.
Griffin doesn't necessarily not believe in love, so much as he doesn't trust in love. It doesn't stop him from being an alpha type guy when Savanna gets to him. Or should I say when other guys get to Savanna? And the heat between these two?? Yikes prepare for your pages to catch on fire!!
But all that is just the "love story." It being a Brittney Sahin book, there is also the other hot men and women, the people trying hurt either Savanna or Griffin (read the book to find out. I can't give too much away!) The mystery is of course never what you think it is. And the side characters have you begging for the next story!
I'm telling you this is a non-stop reading experience!!

Before you read this, head to the back of the book...

A little bit into this book, I went to the About Me to check it wasn't part of a series or follow on, because that is very much how it read. It wasn't till i got to the end and found the Crossover Information section and list of who's who that things made full sense. Why is it at the back of the book?? That's the stuff that needs to be in the front! It would have made things a lot clearer. There are alot of characters in this book and at times it gets utterly confusing as to who everyone is.
I didn't like all the references to romance books either. Odd I'm sure, but it sort of broke the rhythm of the book for me. Sort of broke the spell of being in a book.
But good read and I'm off to try the first book in the crossover series - which I would have done in the first place had I known there was a crossover series!

There's one name I think of every time I get growly protectors, rock hard heroes, and squeal-worthy mystery on my brain (and no, it's not Nicole Snow). Brittney Sahin just dropped this standalone showstopper and holy Hannah, it is everything. Griffin and Savanna strum every heartstring with this roller coaster read that shows what happens when love pries open the most walled-off hearts. Read it Free with Kindle Unlimited and enjoy!

The Hunted One does not disappoint

This book kept me captivated from the first chapter, till the end, and of course just leaves me wanting more. When does the next one come out?? Haha I am so excited to see what comes of this new Falcon Series.
This book had a lot going on, the coming together of a group of men from different  walks of life or I should say what side of the law can be skated.  Like with any new group there is some hiccups . Hee hee.
One of the best parts of this book was when Griffin met Savanna without an H. It made you wish you could have been there in real life to see the zings, sparks, and the deer in the headlights caught up moment.  They are simply frozen. Insta-chemistry. (Cha ching let the slow burn commence)
To be honest I didn't know what to expect with Savanna. She almost was just going through the emotions of day to day life.  Griffin was a no brainer  I loved his cocky playboy attitude.
As the story continued on you can tell she is excited for the fact that she has love left to give almost like she is learning to live life and to understand its okay to live her life and to live it with her eyes wide open, especially after what happened with Marcus. (Be prepared for tears with Marcus)
While Savanna battles her emotional demons, Griffin is very much battling his own demons and the war that he faces, add this with a mystery that is threatening her life that dives deeper than what they thought possible. I love the mystery, the thrill, adventure,, and obviously the romance that Brittney brings to this book. I seriously cannot wait to see what  more adventure and romance she has in store for this series!! Enjoy!!

The start of another amazing series! This time we get to know Savana Vasquez, Marcus’ widow and a close friend to AJ. She’s a woman who has lost so much, but still has a beautiful outlook on life and is open to finding love again. She’s a huge fan of romance books and her inner dialogue is hilarious as she compares Carter, Griffin, Jack, Gray and Oliver to alpha heroes to her book boyfriends and finds the real life hotties favorably matchup in the comparison!

Growly Griffin ‘Midas’ is not looking for more from a woman than one night and he disappears before morning. When he meets Savana she does more than spark his libido, she triggers emotions in him he has never experienced. The push pull drama between these two wonderful characters is realistic of two people who don’t want to get hurt or hurt the other person, but they just can’t resist the attraction and chemistry between them.

The action and suspense is as perfectly dialed and just what I’ve come to expect and enjoy from a Brittney Sahin book. The characters and their interactions grab your attention immediately, and the fast paced storyline keeps you fully invested until the final period of the epilogue.

With a new series come new characters to get to know and discover their backstories, and this book sets up several interesting future books.

I was fortunate to receive an ARC from the author and I am voluntarily leaving a review. This is another stellar book from one of my favorite authors!

Griffin and Savanna story was a work of art!!!! They’re both suffering from painful losses and are confused to their instant magnetic pull. Literally from the moment he sees her through her kitchen window there’s an instant connection. She still mourns the death of her husband years later and Griffin doesn’t trust himself to give his heart to anyone. He’s there for a job and that’s to protect her from a hit put on her life. What brought them together was someone from her past that her deceased husband didn’t want in their lives. But it’s also the reason she has felt her husband still lingering until she’s finally ok and Griffin may be her second chance at love.

Y’all…Brittney has done it again with her new book series Falcon Falls Security and The Hunted One. I am hooked and have a feeling that we will love this new Team as much as our Stealth Ops Team. This spectacularly written book is the first of the new series that brings in all our favorite side characters over the years and makes them lead characters.

Savanna’s character has been one of the most relatable ones Brittney has written about as she is a widow that is struggling with moving on from her past. She had found her HEA, and then it was savagely taken from her all those years ago. She had yet to find anyone to elicit a spark like that of her late husband Marcus…till Griffin.

Griffin is ruggedly handsome, growly, southern, a sniper, and the first man to have Savanna stopping in her tracks with just one look. He is not a HEA kind of guy, but he too cannot deny the palpable spark with Savanna. The question is, can he get over his baggage to be a HEA kind of guy?

This book is full of action, suspense, plot twist and turns, cross overs, and so much heat between these two that my Kindle almost caught fire! You will not regret this read.

Thank you again for another fantastic book Brittney!

This long awaited book did not disappoint! If you are fan of Brittney Sahin and have read all of the Stealth Ops series this HEA is going to hit you in the feels!

Savanna is mentioned in several books as the widow of Marcus the fallen team member of the Stealth Op boys. She is sassy and beautiful but above all strong. After watching her husbands beheading on TV she wasn’t sure would ever find love again. If anyone deserves a happy ending it’s this girl and that is exactly what Brittney gave her. It took a few ups and downs and some back and fourth but her and Griffin got there in the end.

I loved all the book references, and the crossover’s from loved characters from pervious Brittney books. The Hunted One is a great Kick off to this new series from my favorite author. I can’t wait to see all of these new cast of characters evolve!

I loved the chemistry between Savanna and Griffin from the beginning of the book. Even though Griffin believes he will never get into a relationship based on something in his past and also he knows that Savanna was married to a team guy that was killed in action.

For Savanna, her dead husband Marcus is always in her thoughts. She doesn't think she will even find anyone as good as him, that's until Griffin shows up with the rest of the hot alpha guys to protect her from someone who is trying to kill her.

This book has lots of twists and turns, I never would have guessed how Marcus' brother fits into the storyline.

It also brings in AJ and his brothers as well as Jesse and Ella.

As Savanna and Griffin run for their lives the sparks continue to fly between. Griffin is told my his boss not to get involved with Savanna as she is the client, but he just can't keep away.

Great read, I would definitely recommend this book. I am still waiting for Jesse and Ella to finally get together. Hopefully this is one of the next books in the new series Falcon Falls.
