Join us for a discussion with Dr. Shawn Keshmiri, professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering, Principal Investigator on multiple projects, patent holder, and instructor/mentor to both undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Kansas.

Dr. Keshmiri earned both undergraduate and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering, from Shiraz University and California State University, and a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering from the University of Kansas.  His research focuses on guidance, navigation and control, along with machine learning and artificial intelligence.  He will discuss both his career and interests and wants to answer your questions about engaging with your interests and juggling your many responsibilities.
