Access All Areas is a free event to help children, young people and adults who are autistic and/or have a learning disability, live a great and healthy life.
About the event
Following the great success of the last 4 Access All Areas events, this year we will be holding 2 free face-to-face events to promote equality for young people and adults who are autistic and/or have a learning disability. Family and carers are welcome too.
Joining us at the events will be organisations and services that are based in Buckinghamshire, who want to support children, young people and adults who are autistic and/or have a learning disability to stay healthy, fulfilled (physically, mentally and emotionally) and as independent as possible.
This year the event will have information on a variety of topics:
- Health- annual health checks, sexual health services, vision, breast checks and other health services
- Staying fit and active – advice on sport, exercise, and healthy eating, alongside ideas of other activities to get involved in
- Education and work- help and advice to find employment and further education
- Community – Find out housing information as well as how to keep yourself safe when out in the community

The North event
The Access All Areas event will take place in Aylesbury on Friday 25 October 2024 between 10am and 4pm.

Parking: Free and disabled parking is available in front of the building.
Accessible information: All stalls and activities are on the ground floor which is flat and accessible for wheelchairs.
There are disabled toilets available.
We will have a quiet room should anyone need to access a quiet space.
Quiet times for the event will be 10am to 11 am and 3pm to 4pm.
The South event
The Access All Areas event will take place in Amersham on Wednesday 30 October 2024 from 10am to 4pm at Stony Dean School.

Accessible information: Stalls and activities are in separate buildings, however they are all accessible by flat access and accessible for wheelchairs.

We will have a quiet room should anyone need to access a quiet space.
