Every time, I call Norton Security, has been answered in Indian accent. I want to speak someone in America not India or Philippines.
I'm terrified to speak scammers from India.
They keep pushing me other product to buy Life Lock.
I hear lot of background noise " laughing & talking sound"
This is not professional call center.
This is cheap way of operating a major business but this looks bad on Norton Security Side.
I will switch to another company and tell my friends and family to move out of Norton Security. These Indians are rude...... filipinos are nicer than the Indians, the way they speak to the customers.

I have been trying to contact you to cancell my subscription & get a refund. My laptop has been stolen. I will not pay to chat online. I want some one to call me.

Absolute garbage, trying to get a refund and their website sends you around and around in circles with no contact details for Australia. I wanted to cancel single seat and add multi seat, now just thinking of cancelling and going elsewhere, as they are useless.

I cannot get anyone to talk to. Install and reinstall via robot does,t pass the pub test

they tried to sell me antivirus for 3 device a$399.99 and agreed to give me a $100 discount because he said i was a good customer i immediately smell a rat and said i decline and he said he has proof of my acceptance for the antivirus he just did remote control in my computer and that he will send a debt collector to get the payment i was appall and hung up he kept ringing i unplug my phone and uninstall his download in my computer this is a scam shocker

I have been on your web site for over 1 hr and still cant find a phone number in Australia I can phone. the ones on there are not in service. I have been getting emails saying I ordered a product worth 599 english pounds and I have not ordered any thing at all.
