App is fast and responsive. Not sure why people are complaining about it not having cats, this app looks fairly new and I imagine they are a start up and trying hard to develop new features. Works perfectly for owners and the Tuft team has been really helpful for me.

It's not really a pet groomers as it describes. It only caters for dogs! My cat is a British Long Hair. He's 8 years old and manages his coat fairly well. He's obsessive with it actually and as a result brings up a few hairballs. So I was thinking about professional grooming as an option. But I find it hard to find any "pet" groomers who'll actually groom cats!! I'm sure their must be an appropriate -ist word to describe this, in this day and age of equality and political correctness!!!

Hi Shaun, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We took the decision to focus on dog grooming when we first launched, however we are working with more and more groomers who also cater for cats as well. This is something we'll be bringing to the software in an upcoming release. Watch this space :)

The App freeze's,it is stuck on a old appointment in July and I can't get past it. Have uninstalled it and downloaded repeatedly. Have given up now.

Hi Angela, thank you for taking the time to leave a review - we appreciate all feedback. We were aware of an issue with the app which did cause it to crash even after uninstalling and reinstalling. However, we've recently found and patched this bug. If you're still having issues, please email support@tuftapp.com and we'll dig a little deeper.
What's new
You can now merge your personal and pet life with our “Add to calendar” feature - making it less likely that you’ll forget your pet needs a trim! Simply click “Add to calendar” when your appointment has been confirmed.
