  Sign up for Early Access to support the client's membership base by providing Healthcare Card customer support! The tentative start date is June 7, 2024. If there is a delay, we will communicate the update with you via email & text.   On this contract, you'll play a pivotal role in managing calls from the client's customer member-base Your responsibilities will include handling various requests such as order placement, card registration, account assistance, card support member complaints, program overviews, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you'll conduct outbound calls as necessary to ensure transaction completetion. You'll provide efficient and personalized assistance, ensuring seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.    Please CLICK HERE to review the Omni Business 101 video.    Once an official class schedule + start date + full details are confirmed, we will email you with a link to the Gig Contract Overview and instructions for your next steps.   When you sign up, we'll ask you to: 1. Review the Business 101 video. 2. Answer registration questions There will be contract and video specific questions that you will not be able to update your answers to once you submit your registration. Be sure to review all the details outlined and watch the video in full.  3. Complete & pass an Omni typing test and technical assessment if you have not already done so previously. 4. Complete & pass a Client assessment. 5. Complete paperwork and identify verification.   When the class start date is final and confirmed, we'll ask you to: 1. Review the Gig Contract Overview 2. Complete & Pass a background check & drug test 3.
