If there is a delay, we will communicate the update with you via email & text.   On this contract, you'll play a pivotal role in managing calls from the client's customer member-base Your responsibilities will include handling various requests such as order placement, card registration, account assistance, card support member complaints, program overviews, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you'll conduct outbound calls as necessary to ensure transaction completetion. Complete & pass a Client assessment. 5. Complete paperwork and identify verification.   When the class start date is final and confirmed, we'll ask you to: 1. Review the Gig Contract Overview 2. Complete & Pass a background check & drug test 3.
