Even more budget B760 motherboards

We have new photos of Intel’s upcoming B760 motherboards series.

The B760 chipset is already meant to be a cheaper alternative to Z790 and H770 series, but board partners won’t just be limited to less capable chipsets when it comes to finding more affordable solutions. The product lineup itself will be divided into business, gaming, creator and enthusiast segments. One of examples of budget series is Gigabyte’s UD (Ultra-Durable) and MSI PRO product lineup.

GIGABYTE B760M DS3H DDR4

One thing is clear, the new DS3H motherboard has not changed much from the B660 model. The layout, power delivery, audio subsystem and even I/O configuration are still the same. What has changed is the pattern printed on the board itself. However, since we do not have the full specs yet, one cannot rule out changes to the memory, PCI-Express or M.2 interfaces.

GIGABYTE B760M GAMING X AX DDR4

An evolution of the DS3H model is called GAMING X. This B760M board is not part of the AORUS series and provides minor changes compared to the predecessor. The component layout appears to be identical to the B660M model, but the design, including I/O, VRM and chipset covers are entirely new.

MSI PRO B760M-A WIFI DDR4

MSI PRO series got a lot darker and received updated I/O covers. These series are marketed for businesses, however they do support 2.5G networking, DDR4-4800 memory and up to four displays through dual HDMI/DisplayPort connectors.

MSI B760 MAG TOMAHAWK but with DDR5 support

We have already shared the photos of the MAG Tomahawk board but with DDR4 memory support. Rest assured, MSI is also releasing a DDR5 variant, which is pictured below.

MSI is set to launch the new B760 motherboard series as early as January next year. They should follow Intel’s reveal of the chipset and new 13th Gen Core non-K desktop CPU series during CES 2023.
