This prize draw (“Promotion”) is to win a Limited-Edition Christmas jumper.

The Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over only.

Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, participants need to purchase a pack of Lucozade Sport Orange or Lucozade Sport Raspberry (individual 500ml or 4 x 500ml pack) and text “WIN” to 62123 to enter. Standard rates apply.

Winners will be required to provide proof of purchase when contacted by the Promoter. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will not be accepted.

Entrants must retain a proof of purchase/receipt per entry.

Maximum of one entry per person per day per household.

Maximum one prize per person over duration of promotion, with a maximum limit of two (2) prizes being fulfilled per household. Anyone found trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.

The “entrant” is the person whose mobile phone number is used to enter the Promotion.

The Promotion opens on 00:01 (UK time) on the 24th October 2022. All entries must be received by 23:59 (UK time) 12th December 2022 (the “Closing Date”).

Winners will be selected at random from all complete, correct, and eligible entries received by the Closing Date.

Winners will be notified by SMS, using the mobile phone number provided by the winners at time of entering period, within three working days of the draw. Any failure by the Promoter to notify the winners within this timeframe shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter.

The winners are required to submit their prize claim within a 7-day period, from the date which the winner received their winner notification. Winner prize claim must be submitted through the provided URL at time of winner notification.

Failure to submit prize claim or valid proof of purchase within the given 7-day period, may result in loss of prize allocation or failure of receiving prize before the Christmas period.

The winners will receive their prizes within 30 working days of providing an accepted proof of purchase to the Promoter, with promotor approval, through the prize claim form. Alternatively, the winners will receive their prizes up to 30 working days of the Promoter notifying them.

If the promotor rejects the provided proof of purchase, the winner may be offered the option to dispute this decision, but not guaranteed.

The prizes are one (1) of eighty-four (84) Size Large Lucozade Sport Limited Edition Christmas Jumpers.

Prizes are single size only. The winners do not have the rights to request a specific prize gender or size.

Prizes are made using 100% ACRYLIC – OTEX Certified; therefore, entrants should be mindful of allergies or skin sensitivities before entering the promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prizes) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of the prizes) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the winners are not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant. The winners may be required to provide their proof of purchase and information required to fulfil the prize within seven (7) working days of contact.

Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the prizes where applicable.

Details of the prize winners’ names and county will be available for one month after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Promotion or by emailing consumer.care@suntory.com

There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next three paragraphs. The law does not allow the Promoter to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. The Promoter accepts full liability for these matters and all matters for which it cannot, under English law, exclude or limit its liability. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described below will apply. References to the “Promoter” include all of the Promoter’s associated companies, agents or any other third party involved in the Promotion.

Subject to the above paragraph, the Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions and occurrences beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware, or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry. If this Promotion is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law).

Entries must not be made through agents or third parties or any automated entry software or any other means which allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered. Entries that do not comply in full of these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. The Promoter is not obligated to inform the entrants who have entered such entries of such disqualification.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

If you have opted in, the Promoter (and their respective business partners if applicable) may also use the details you give us to contact you for marketing purposes by post, email and/or SMS.

The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity at the Promoter’s request.

This Promotion, these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including the prize(s)), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion and/or these terms and conditions (including the prize(s)).
