Refund Policy for Parents' Night Out Program:

Our Parents' Night Out program strives to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience for both parents and children. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. Below is our refund policy outlining the terms and conditions regarding refunds:

1. Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made prior to 72 hours before the scheduled Parents' Night Out event. This allows us ample time to adjust staffing and make necessary arrangements.
2. 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled event will be eligible for a 50% refund. This partial refund accounts for the staffing and resources already allocated for the event.
3. No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event will not be eligible for any refund. This policy is in place due to the inability to fill the vacated spots on such short notice, and the expenses already incurred.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

• To request a refund, parents must contact our administrative office via phone or email.
• Refund requests must include the name of the child enrolled, the date of the event, and the reason for cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of the refund request being approved.

Exceptions: In the event of extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or unforeseen family emergencies, exceptions to the refund policy may be considered.
