2023 Small Business of the Year Nomination

A locally owned (Klamath Basin) business with fewer than 25 employees that demonstrates excellence in business operations, customer service, and community engagement.  The business should operate at a level that inspires others and exhibits vision that goes above and beyond as well as adhere to sound, ethical business practices. It should be successful as evidenced by revenue growth, profitability and sound financial management. Must be in business for more than 3 years.

Nominations will be rated on:

  • Providing a great place to work; a commitment to the well-being and professional growth of employees
  • Active participation and positive contributions to the local community, such as charitable initiatives, volunteering, or support for local events
  • Known for excellent customer service and quality of products and services
  • Strong leadership and a vision for the future of the business
