For the first time in Atlanta Falcons history, the end zone design for a regular season home game was voted on by the fans. From Oct. 27 through Oct. 31, fans had the opportunity to download the Socios.com US app and vote for one of four end zone design options that would be painted for the Falcons’ home game on Nov. 20, 2022.
The winning design, “Together We Rise”, captured 39.13% of the overall vote on the Socios.com app and features red lettering with the Falcon graphic at one end, and the Falcon A at the other. This was the first NFL-specific poll to launch on the Socios.com US app.
On Friday November 18th, Socios.com and the Atlanta Falcons gave a few loyal Atlanta Falcons fans a chance to see the new end zone design and paint the Falcons letters in the North end zone.
TheseUrbanTimes’ junior correspondents Selah Viana and Carmelo Thomas were on the screen to check out the new end zone and paint the end zone RED!
Former Atlanta Falcons fullback, Fred McCrary was also on the scene to share some of favorite Falcons memories with fans.
