Yes, it would!
➢ Are soul weapons resembling guns/gunblades possible? or are soul weapons restricted to non-firearm weaponry?
Any kind of weapon is regular! Anything not weapon-like or out of an unusual material would be variant.
➢ Would skulls of unicorns, jackalopes, and other such creatures/cryptids still be considered regular?
These are mystical creatures and considered variants!
➢ Are there any rules about changing hair length/style, or alternate clothing for a character?
According to our Edit guide you can do minor edits like hairstyle, length and also color.
➢ I want to know their height ranges! What counts as tiny, what counts as normal, and what counts as a giant?
Go crazy! They can have any size in the underworld! But when they are on the surface and interact with others, they will appear average (whatever is average on the world they are in atm).
➢ Is it mandatory to draw the animal feet as clear as possible? I saw the samples and everyone is bare feet? And I'm wondering about shoes...
You can put them in shoes! It’s just important to show the animal feet somewhere, maybe as a little side sketch.
➢ Can Theristis have unnatural skin tones or do they have to be human tones?
The skin can be more Greyish or a bit more extreme than normal skin tones but colors like red, green, blue are only for corrupted Theristis!
Lifestyle
➢ I saw that Theristis can't stay drunk for very long, but are they affected by other substances like nicotine, drugs, poison, etc.?
It depends on how fire-resistant these substances are! Since their organs are basically just fire, everything will burn inside them! So they will be affected but probably not for long!
➢ Is there any physical pain if a non-corrupted Theristis' soul vessel is damaged?
Yes! Their bones and vessels can break, and the fire does translate pain or any physical touch! So they feel if you cut in their "flesh," if you break a bone or their vessel, or if you hug them!
➢ Will the vessel mend itself over time as long as the Theristis isn't corrupted?
It will, but scratches will appear similar to scaring!
➢ What is the average Theristis lifespan and does the rank affect lifespan?
The ones on the surface, who do not collect souls, have 130 years. Soul-collecting Theristis can expend that lifespan with each climbed rank. Every collected soul gives a Theristis more strength to use more powerful weapons and live longer. For reference, a Rank 4 (sloth) can already live up to 2000 years. Each soul represents a gifted year.

Lore
➢ Is the Soul-Weapon-Theristis sentient?
It is! They have a Theristis form and will turn into the Theristis-Weapon when the collector needs it! They communicate telepathy in this form.
➢ Are soul weapons not made from other Theristis sentient?
Standard soul weapons are not sentient! The Theristis soul fire forms them ~
➢ Does anything happen if a Theristis accidentally falls into the soul river?
They would not be able to leave on their own, someone would need to pull them up - they would be trapped like souls. Since Theristis are bound to the rules of the underworld! They would feel the dread other souls feel in the river, but nothing more.
➢ Does a Theristis go bald when doing soul-collecting activities? Bald as in like, just the skull, no hair.
They can do how they want! They can also show their face underneath the skull, like a mask.
➢ Do all the portable world gates have a uniform look or are each one customized to the Theristis that owns it?
The portable gates can be unique but need to have some flat surface where the portal is visible! So it can then grow if that makes sense!
➢ Is it possible for the world gate to be the soul weapon?
Nope! These two have to be separated!
➢ Do Theristis have any bodily fluids or is it just fire inside? Does that mean that when a Therisstis "bleeds" or "cries", what comes out are wisps of flame instead of blood or tears?
They can simulate blood or tears if they want to! The fire can take the shape of anything, so also bodily fluids.
➢ Does anything like electricity or internet exist down there in Aidoneus or are people dependent on stuff like couriers and messenger birds for communication?
t does! Aidoneus is relatively modern; Hades likes to bring down all the new technology he finds on the surfaces. But they still have couriers and messenger birds! It's a fun mix between new and old.
Death Shop
➢ Are we supposed to use the coins to level up the Theristis or do we level them up some other way?
Theristis ranks are just lore-wise interesting for your character. If you want to follow our lore, it's a way to make them more unique in their story, since with specific ranks, you can unlock particular perks. You can pick one for your character, and they can level up if you want that in their story! It's all your choice~
Death Coins are our CS currency! You can get them by submitting art/writings in Agora or later in raffles, and you can purchase unique items in our Death Shop with them!
➢ Is there a possibility to purchase just traits such as 1 variant trait?
In our Death Shop, you can find the item „Pandora's Box“! By purchasing this item for 2000DC, you can add two variant traits to your MYO. DC can be earned by submitting art/writings or joining specific events!
The Old Temple
➢ When you’re set to a lower rank due to inactivity, will your balance of collected souls be deducted to reach the cap of that lower Rank? Or will you keep the souls but be unable to spend all of them unless you recover your old Rank?
You will be reset to the lower Rank with the souls you need as a minimum to get this lower Rank. You have to climb up like before. You are doing all the missions to collect all the souls you need!
➢ Will the owner of 2 registered Theristis receive the rank rewards for whichever Theristis has a higher rank, or will the soul count of both Theristis be combined for the rank rewards?
Each new registered Theristis starts with 0 souls and needs to climb up ranks again! BUT collected souls from both soul inventories can be used to buy items or be transferred, so one Theristis climbs up faster!
➢ Under the Sloth, are groups allowed for only multiple Theristis owned by the same person, for Theristis owned by different people, or both?
Both! For monthly missions, you can’t decide to work in a group. You have to work with the Theristis joining the mission, and you need to interact with whatever they do.
