For the majority of the year, Council has 2 Council meetings per month, consisting of day meetings for the 2022-2026 term of Council.
A meeting may commence earlier to deal with Closed Session Items. In the event that Council concludes discussion on the Closed Session Items prior to the public session commencement time, Council will rise and recess and reconvene at the identified public session commencement time for the reporting of the Closed Session Items during the public session. Any matter which is not concluded during the preliminary Closed Session will be carried forward to the Closed Session Items (Unfinished Items) towards the end of the meeting agenda.
Council meetings can be viewed on the Township's YouTube channel following each meeting or to obtain a video copy of a Council Meeting that has been previously accessed through the Township’s YouTube Channel please complete and submit a request form. Please note due to the size of video files and for security and privacy purposes, the Township requires you provide a new, unused USB stick a minimum of 8 GB in size.
Protocols have been established to advise how to participate in the public portions of these meetings. Open Forum registration requests shall be submitted to the Clerk's Department no later than 3:00 p.m. the day prior to the electronic meeting or as otherwise noted on the agenda.
