Assembly was very easy and fun, it was like he was building his own. It's retractable and can easy be opened by simply flicking your wrist. The design is so unique. Any little Star Wars fan would be happy to have this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaged well no damage. The lightsaber was super easy to put together. My son absolutely loves it. He hasn't stopped playing with it since I put it together and gave it to him. It has the ability to change and make it better.

Lightsaber toy

This saber does not have light abilities, BUT the cool thing about forge is you can use part of another saver to make this one light up. My kids love putting different pieces to light sabers together to make their own personal saber. Two of my children are sharing the pieces of this one. In my opinion, the non light up ones are sturdier and thicker for those epic battles your kids are going to have! Buy the non light up ones and they can tear into each other without fear of breaking them! My husband even bought one because he wanted in on the action! My family and their friends are huge lightsaber forge fans and battle each other and want all their friends to battle too. Great way to build community and exercise! Get them all!

My son is so pleased!

Decent overall quality. Would have been great to have sound and light included (it does not). Very cool that it can be taken apart and mix and match put back together with other items in the same Forge series.

Pretty Decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 10-year-old fan son. He likes it and has said it is cool, but we do find it disappointing in some ways. I think to really have fun with this lightsaber, you need to buy others in the same line. He likes how you can disassemble it and wants to build his own with pieces of others.  On its own, it falls short of some other toy lightsabers we own, especially the older ones. The most disappointing is that the "blade" part is always somewhat visible, so it never fully retracts. The other thing is that he has seen others like this that light up, and this one does not.  The bottom line is that if you are a star wars fan and want to build your own lightsaber, this is fun.  If you are looking for a “realistic” lightsaber toy, this probably isn't the best.

Very fun lightsaber. Doesn't sheath completely though, which isn't that immersive and bad for storage

Fun to play with

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lightsaber was easy to assemble.  My son really liked playing with it because he is really big into swords right now.  He does have a little trouble making the lightsaber slide out all the way but he still likes it a lot .  The lightsaber is very light weight & unfortunately the lightsaber doesn't light up.  But as I said regardless of all that he loves playing with it.

Ay attention to the height requirements. This bike is a bit too heavy for little ones. I would wait until 2 and get a bike with air filled tires for outside. It is an okay bike if you are inside only and assist your little one.
I returned because I am going to wait until my 15-mo old is tall enough for his big brother's Woom 1  bike.
