There is a cup of coffee that is less often seen… the cup that is sometimes not a cup, but a battered tin mug in the hands of the adventurer, the flask of hot brew in the grip of the ocean bound, and the billy of the rain-forest walker. People clasp these containers, gather around the fire and talk about how they don’t miss the traffic and talk about the yearning of a simple life. It’s the Australian dream.
Hello Coffee are specialty roasters of artisan coffees, Based in Apollo Bay along on the Great Ocean Road, Victoria. Surrounded by pristine nature, we handcraft our blends with care, and roast fresh daily. Take it with you to adventure and wake up to something better, or have a cup wherever you are, and think of us. A couple of guys who never went back, and started roasting coffee.

What’s that? You’re out of coffee? No, no you’re not. Because you subscribed, so there is nothing to stress about. A bag of deliciousness just arrives every fortnight on your doorstep. Choose your favourite coffee with the perfect grind or choose the roasters special (harebrained?) and get a new flavour to explore with each delivery. It's cheaper too, so really, its all coming up Milhouse round here.

Hello Coffee
We love our home, nestled at the foot of the green hills of the Otways. Its famous for its Summer holidays and sandy beaches but when you call it home, you get to see all its faces. It stands against the wild and stormy Southern Ocean and hugs the dripping, vivid green rainforest. It's smells like woodsmoke and damp soil. We are a small community in Apollo Bay and its one of those towns where a quick stop on the main street can take half an hour - you know everybody. Hello Coffee is about connecting those people, a conversation over your morning cup and sharing what we have. Come and join our community, you'll love it too.
