Ingredients
- 6 sliced mochi
- 1 3/4 fluid ounces water
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- 1/2 ounce butter
- potato starch (for dusting), as needed
Steps
- Place sliced mochi in a bowl. Add water, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 7 minutes at 500W.
- Remove the wrap and stir until the mochi is well mixed.
