Closed Session Public Testimony Request Form - 3/8/2022

Public testimony on agenda related items will be heard at the beginning of the meeting. Speakers will receive a telephone call at the number provided on this form. Speakers are allowed a maximum of 2 minutes per speaker. Depending upon the total number of speaker requests received on an item, the time may be reduced to 1 minute each. No deferral of time is allowed. The Board President will announce the time allowed for each speaker prior to the board hearing public testimony.
