The property is a 4.81-acre parcel zoned Community Facility (CF) and shown as APN 001-170-018, addressed as 5775 Carpinteria Avenue. |
2. | Project: Coastal Vista Trail Segment- S&S Seeds, 21-2107-CUP/CDP Address: 6155 Carpinteria Avenue Applicant: Matt Roberts, Director of Parks, Recreation, and Public Facilities Dept. Planner: Syndi Souter Request of Matt Roberts, Director of Parks, Recreation, and Public Facilities Department, agent for the City of Carpinteria, to consider project 21-2107-CUP/CDP for preliminary review of a new segment of the Coastal Vista Trail. The proposed trail segment would be approximately 500-feet long and 10-feet wide. The proposed trail surface would be decomposed granite and would be constructed to ADA standards. Landscaping, new retaining wall sections, and fencing are included in the proposal. The project includes the removal of a 3,400 square-foot building, old asphalt, and old concrete paving. The property is a 2.94-acre parcel zoned Industrial/Research Park District (M-RP) and shown as APN 001-180-040, addressed as 6155 Carpinteria Avenue. |
3. | Action Minutes of the Architectural Review Board Meeting of March 3, 2022 |
For those projects that do not require Planning Commission approval, recommendations for preliminary approval by the Architectural Review Board will be forwarded to the Community Development Director for a decision. Those Community Development Director decisions that are appealable pursuant to CMC §14.12.020(2) may be appealed to the Planning Commission. Appeals must be filed with the City Clerk within 10 calendar days of the Director’s action.
