PROS: BlueSnap was quick and easy to use, from onboarding to when we were already using it. It didn't require us to jump through endless hoops to apply, and the knowledgeable support team was always there to assist us. Response time was very quick; our software development team appreciated the assistance provided to us by the dedicated integration specialist assigned to our account. I liked that I could reach our consultant at any time with questions.

CONS: I would have loved to have an even faster underwriting wait time. However, I understand this is not always possible. Besides, compared to past experiences with underwriting wait times, it is already running fast.

PROS: The standout functionality with BlueSnap is its all-around flexibility. You can have a full-functioning hosted service running. Or you can make use of it as a gateway. They did an above average job in catering to our business requirements.

PROS: I love a number of things about this program. It's a very good tool if you're running a business that deals with global transactions since it can handle a number of currencies and different marketplace models. Setting it up is incredibly easy, and it is also good at managing accounts. Really excellent tool when you're handling lots of payments from different countries.

CONS: Frankly, this has been a great help in our eCommerce implementation around the world. I can't think of anything that I dislike about it.

PROS: I can't say enough good things about the customer support for this tool. They are so helpful and really look out for us whenever we encounter any issues with the software. It's also really great how user-friendly the reports and dashboards are. Right from the very beginnning, I had a great experience with this tool, since installing it went by so quickly. Logging in was also quick, and I really felt like all of the information was kept safe and away from unauthorized eyes. This is a really great tool and I have no problem recommending it to other businesses.

CONS: I do wish that they had a longer deadline for providing the needed information when it comes to chargeback fees.

PROS: It's been around the block for quite some time now. They excel at what they do! We've tried other payment processing systems that claim to offer excellent performance and competitive fee structures. But we've kept our closeness to BlueSnap.

CONS: To be honest. Nothing at all! If there's a flaw that needs to mentioning, then it would be getting the processing fees raised. In my opinion, it's not worth going for. Everything seems to work well as is.

PROS: What I like best about Bluesnap include their amazing customer service, reoccurring billing feature, and awesome merchant dashboard.

CONS: There’s no case management functionality which is a bit inconvenient for merchants like me. So whenever there’s customer fraud, it’s difficult to know whether we won and got our money back or not. Hopefully, they add this functionality soon.

PROS: I like that BlueSnap makes it easy for our customers to do business with us. This solution quickly accepts and processes payments made through it. It is both reliable and intuitive at the same time too—with a great support team to boot! With our clients living all over the globe, BlueSnap has been able to handle multiple-currency payments and we have been able to breathe a sigh of relief because we no longer have to go through the hassle of manually processing these.

CONS: There is a bank processing fee of $2. If we can do away with this, that would be great.

PROS: I have been using this tool for almost a decade now and I have to say it has been a great partner for us. I like how they schedule payouts since it ensures that my business has a cash flow that is regular and steady. I also really appreciate how their customer support team gets in touch with us whenever we encounter a processing issue. Not only does it ensure that our transactions go through smoothly, but it also makes us feel appreciated as a user of their product.

CONS: I really don't have anything I don't like about this product. They've recently included more banks into their system which has really benefited us since more transactions push through and our conversion rates have increased. They're very good at predicting what will be needed by a business and adapt to it quickly.

PROS: BlueSnap is by far the best payment gateway we’ve ever worked with. It is loaded with incredible features such as multi-currency and multi-acquirer which makes the platform way better than other products in similar category. In addition, you can always expect a prompt assistance from their team whenever you encounter difficulties with the product.

CONS: We are not able to see transactions in real time. In addition, there are instances when we have to wait for three long hours just to get the reports.

PROS: If you’re in Israel and looking for reliable and secured software for processing payments, I recommend Bluesnap. This is one of the few payment gateways you can access in the country and also one of the good ones. It is very secured, offering end-users with built-in fraud prevention tools. Also, even a hosted solution is required to comply with PCI standard. The JavaScript API is another notable thing about this platform. It is very convenient.

CONS: Bluesnap has robust security. One of the security measures they implement is conducting a thorough assessment of business that tries to create a production account. This is awesome but I wish it wouldn’t cause too much hassle to the end-users. There’s an instance when the system suspended my account because they need more information about my business. I don’t have anything against these security measures but at least they’ve notified me about the account suspension so it won’t disrupt any ongoing transactions.

PROS: These days, both our clients and audience can make payments simply. They can do so via the software itself. At the same time, they can organize their activities in a single place. Their API is robust and the console is a breeze to navigate.

CONS: It'd be nice if they can waive that usual $2 ACH transfer fee. For now, this is the price you'll need to put up with to send funds directly to your bank account.

PROS: Our clients and their respective customers can easily make payments through BlueSnap and manage activity in one place. It has a very robust API but their console is also easy to navigate at the same time. It manages to deliver on the need to accept multiple currencies for a global reach. They also have a friendly and knowledgeable support staff that is able to address our business needs and those of our clients.

CONS: I would like to see the $2 ACH transfer fee go away, which is the cost to have your funds sent to the bank account. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

PROS: BlueSnap is very good at what it does! Their conversion rate beats all their competitors and their platform is far easier to navigate while offering the same, if not better integration and features. What we like best is their adhesion to routine and schedule. They are never late with payment reports and the payments are always made on time and without issue. We've tried other processors who claim to have superior platforms and better fee structures, but they couldn't beat what the software offers.

CONS: If I have soemthing that needs to be improved on, it would be that there would be an account rep to speak with. But if it meant raising processing fees, it is not worth it. Everything is fine the way it is.
