As far as purchases go. A few items have been on the made cheaply side, but work well. Overall good cost and overall great quality. Quick refunds and fixing issues on the customer service side. Super wide variety!! Downside:( the Fishland/Farmland/“Free” items. You NEVER get to 0 to get your free items. When you get close they change the amount you earn for a fish to like .01 instead of 1 etc. on pretty much ALL of the “FREE” things it comes down to inviting others who have never used Temu and it requires, for you to get ANY credit towards your free items ,!requires them to accept your invitation, as well as invite others. It is a pyramid scheme. You NEVER reach your goal. That being said a lot of time they do send things like small free diamond painting or dog collars ahead for free. So you don’t feel entirely scammed. The “100%” off and the money back, you NEVER get it or reach their goals. Your 2 free items for being a member? Requires a purchase over $100. So read the fine print!! With all that being said it is an EXCELLENT place to shop. Just do not get drug to far into the free items. You DO often get your free items with your purchases though. So overall would recommend them.

I was sent this link about 2 months ago from my daughter who wanted to get some free stuff, then I opened it to see what it was about, I have been addicted to it every since. I get on so many times a day , more then Facebook. I don’t like getting out to shop and spending so much time looking for stuff in so many stores, but here they have absolutely everything possible and more. I have had absolute success on receiving all my orders, in good condition, now I normally wouldn’t buy out of the country because of my experiences before, like taking 2 to 4 months to receive something. However a couple of weeks isn’t bad at all , that I can do!
Almost everything has been great , I’ve decided that the woman’s clothes with a few exceptions just don’t work for me. I enjoy the daily gift box with credit, I don’t like being rushed to hurry and close my purchases in fear of my items running out , it causes me to make mistakes on my orders, like doubling and tripling the same items. I haven’t returned anything because it’s a pain for me but I have received credit on a few of items with no problems. Thank you 🙏🏽 for a great shopping experience !

Bad worst app ever don’t recommend

No price are true the value of item are good but what the worst is there customer service I purchase item an ídem I didn’t want to use the credit I had so I cancel it on time and quickly asked for a refund it pass days some items I got my refund than one day later while they investigated my refund out the blue was gone and while they investigated more the time past for the item I had cancel and asked for a refund are now out my pocket because for there slow service it cost me more to sent the item back than a refund cost and than they asked me to check what item I want a refund continue read it say they can’t refund me if it already ship and in transit so known I have more than 1 same item only because there website keep add the credit buy the way i didn’t want to use i remove it but than on my receipt it show they use it slow customer service bad experience so unless you want to get charge for item you don’t want than you this app if you don’t I advise you not purchase I also noticed some item where not purchase on this website but on other turn out those website combine with them to so be careful where you do your online shopping at and website to, to bad because the price are way to good to be true but customer service are what make this app look so bad because nobody wants to get rob from there hard work money other than that was my experience
