I attended a brilliant one day emergency first aid at work course yesterday. Excellent trainer - so experienced and informative. I learned so much and feel much more confident if I ever have to give first aid. Good location too with lots of secure parking, nice training room and close enough to Macdonalds/ subway for lunch. The course was well paced and well led! We had lots of discussions around personal experience and the instructor was helpful and even shared some of his own experiences!

Lots of information was provided and we also did some practical tests which made things feel more realistic! Our instructor had a realistic approach and was really helpful!

I completed the three-day First Aid at Work Training. Booking onto the course was very easy, and staff were quickly contactable should you have any queries.
The trainer was amazing; she delivered the materials in various ways from real-life scenarios to Q&A's to practical's, so this keeps you engaged! There are also great pieces of equipment such as a choking vest and training defibrillator so you really get the full experience of being in those scenarios...10/10!
