About Lynsey

Yoga has always been apart of Lynsey’s life from a young age; from practicing with her mother in the sitting room at the age of 9, then to her university years where she attended regular yoga classes to find a sense of calm, and then in her late 20’s using it as a tool to learn to love herself again.

Lynsey is very excited to be sharing the magic of yoga, she has been regularly teaching since her training with Sally Parkes Yoga Ltd (200hr Vinyasa/Hatha YTT).

She can adapt and create an energising flow to help start the day, or a calming sequence to help rejuvenate and wind-down.

She is available to teach yoga / meditation sessions for private groups, for corporate events, and one-to-one tailored sessions, all via Zoom. Click here to read more.

CORPORATE CLASSES

Lynsey has over ten years’ experience of working in fast-paced environments, from working in the theatre as a touring Stage Manager to working as an Executive PA. She is able to understand and empathise with how intense the corporate life can be. With this first-hand experience, she aims to bring her personality and a sense of fun to class, while creating a safe and calming atmosphere.

There are many benefits to offering yoga as an employee benefit in the workplace. Employees are often happier and have more energy therefore productivity can increase. Sickness and absences can be reduced due to a drop in stress levels. Regular practice can help employees find it easier to cope with stressful situations in a calm manner.

Yoga can also lead to improved concentration, decision-making skills and an improved ability to multi-task. Yoga has also been vital in relieving head, neck and back strain, carpal tunnel syndrome, insomnia, high blood pressure and work-related injuries from repetitive motion that can be magnified even further through working from home. In many instances bringing Yoga into the workplace has lead to overall enhanced employee attitude and outlook.*

ONE TO ONE TUITION

One to one teaching allows you to have a more personalised practice dedicated to your specific needs and goals.

We will create a yoga sequence focused on your goals, whether that is deepening your practice or starting yoga for the first time, or you are moving to more dynamic asanas, or perhaps you are working with past injuries.
