Automatically changed all my prices even tho we never turned on price sync and changed all sku's after auto linking all items. worst nightmare.

The CedCommerce App has been a great addition to our store. It makes managing our listings much easier by allowing seamless synchronization of products, inventory, and orders between the two platforms. Do not use this app if you are serious about your business, because this team is not.
You can catch their attention ONLY if you uninstall and the manager immediately messages to make you stay.
The team has no clue what's going on in there- and best part- after you raise ticket, and problem is not yet attended, they try to cross sell the next plan or their "Assistance" services.
Worst service and tool possible, wish I had known better.
