Community Volunteer (Youth Forum Taster - You're a Firestarter, Scrubland Firestarter)

Join Orkney Native Wildlife Project and RSPB Scotland at Nutland nature reserve on the 26 February from 10am till 3pm to learn more about the new youth forum! This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, see what the forum is all about and hopefully become a member! All whilst taking part in some fun habitat management.

We will be running sessions on safe fire lighting, doing a bit of important habitat management, learning about the beautiful wildlife that call the reserve home and of course baking some tatties on the fire!

This event is open to anyone aged between 16 and 30. All current Covid-19 guidelines will be followed. If there is bad weather then the activity will change to an indoor alternative.
